Description of Work: Texas Best Stain cleaned and stained an upstairs balcony and a patio cover. They arrived on time as scheduled, covered necessary areas and completed the job in the time frame promised. We had to our patio furniture for the job, which was not as easy as it sounds, but they gave notice as to when they would be at the job. All went well, I will use them again because it is a job I do not want!

Description of Work: I ended up paying more even though I purchased the $250 deal. They used the wrong stain and then had to come back to redo it. The fence looks okay after the respray...but not exactly what I was wanting.

Description of Work: They power washed my existing 8 ft fence and restained it to a color of my choosing. They did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Texas Best Stain.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for repairs (nailing down loose boards) and replacement of 18 pickets plus washing and staining the fence. They replaced only 15 pickets and did not nail down loose boards. I believe they underestimated the time it would take to replace the pickets and just came out the last day and put on the stain before they were finished. The stain looks ok but they could have done a better job on washing the fence and finished up their repairs.

Description of Work: Someone came to do the fence stain. He was in his own truck NO signage on vehicle or shirt or anywhere. He was pleasant throughout. He moved some boards used at the base of the fence, but did not put them back, with excuse that he didn't want to touch the fence. The wood was all over the yard not anywhere near the fence when he left. I had to move it back two days later which caused me a lot of pain (70 years old, husband is 85, both disabled). I was charged for the back of the fence between my house and the empty house next door and then the worker didn't do it because he didn't want to go on the property even if the house was unsold and empty. The owner of Texas Best Stain told me he got the fence measurements from Google maps. He told me he included both sides of the fence between the houses. Our house is not on Google maps except for the foundation since the Google photo was taken prior to the new house being built. I asked him this and he changed the subject. Although I told him I measured the fence and had 167 feet long, 6 ft tall, with the backs of less that half of the fence due to the neighbors yard having a fence next to our fence as determined by the builder of our house. The cost was higher than I thought it would be when I bought the package, but it was fair at $400. I paid $249 through Angie's List before I had to pay another $150 at the time of service. I was told several dates for the work, all were cancelled. I got a text after the worker was here to say he would be coming that day. Good thing I was home.

Description of Work: The cost of the deal only covered half of our fence, so we did the other half ourselves.

Description of Work: They repaired damaged boards on fence and stained both sides of the fence. It was taxing not knowing when they would be here to do the work. Fortunately, I was home at the time they came to clean the fence.

Description of Work: Cleaned and stained the fence line before I sold my home. Wish I had done it years ago because it almost looked brand new when they were done. Took a few weeks to get it done after getting the original quote but that's probably just because of the amount of business they had at the time.

Description of Work: Power wash and stain deck. After the stain was applied, it dried unevenly with some splotches. At my request, the owner inspected the job, and had his crew redo the stain with much better results.

Description of Work: Outstanding service! Everyone with Texas Best Stain was very professional and courteous. They were careful to reschedule when rain was forecasted. The job was done to accomodate my schedule, as well. I highly recommend them.
