Dr. Webster is good at what she does; able to discern issues and calm fears and concerns.  She outsources for problems outside her expertise as appropriate (urology, for example).

Since I has an disability they out of the way to assist me to make sure things are done fine. I would continue to see her.

The office staff is very friendly. Dr. Webster always takes the time to answer any questions you have and is very thorough. I can't fault her for not always being punctual as she is delivering babies and seeing patients all day. Dr.Webster listens to your concerns and addresses them. I have never had any issues with the office billing my insurance. I cannot say enough positive thins about Dr. Webster or her office staff.

Dr. Webster is great, however the greatness stops with her. First off, scheduling an appt. took 25 minutes to do...they were having "phone system" isses that day. Okay, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited 30 minutes to see her at 10am....not too bad but could be better. They were under staffed that day so it was a little crazy in the office. Her nurse Chris is not very friendly at ALL! They did a Pap Smear....assumed that they would call with results.....they didn't....that's okay...I called them. Could not get through on their phone system again, so I gave up. One week later, I fell (am 11 weeks prego) and called to see if I needed to come in. Could not get through to anyone (was not even able to leave a msg). Tried again the next day and finally got through to an answering service that informed me they were closed all week for spring Break. BTW...one month later, they are still having "phone system" issues. They had Chris call me back and she was extremely short and seemed irritated that she had to call me back. Needless to say, I am now on Angie's list looking for another OBGYN.
