My carpet cleaning appoinment was quick and easy to make with Kiwi, and they also provided a reminder call the day before the service. The technician arrived within the timeframe provided by Kiwi and was courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. The carpets were cleaned to my expectationis and dryed quickly. Kiwi is very affordableand I can always count on Kiwi's high quality of service.

I have used Kiwi services for years for my carpets and they always do a wonderful job. Their technicians are always on time and are very professional. I don't have to wait forever for an appointment and they do a great job on my pet stains. I was very pleasantly surprised when I discovered they also do carpet repair and they stretched my carpets that had wrinkles in them over time. All in all a wonderful experience every time1

They charged $200 the first time and then every time they came out within a year, it is $50. They consistently did an adequate job. They never sent the same technician twice. Most of the time they had somebody good but there were a couple of times, they sent people I didn't really want in my house.

Had a burst hose in the bathroom while we were away...must have flooded for a few hours. They were there in 90 minutes (it was 9pm) and worked for hours to get it cleaned up. Came back a about 48 hours later to remove fans and dehumidifiers and fix carpet. They had to come back one time to rerepair the carpet, but did so promptly. The great thing about the repair was that they give you a full year after the repairto get your carpets cleaned for $5/room. You can do this as many times as you want during the year!.

We have a re-clean program where Kiwi comes out on call to clean the carpets for $4 per room plus a $28 trip charge. We have had a number of "technicians" come out over the years that we have used Kiwi. The only ones that we were 100% satisfied with the job that he did were RICH APPLING and ISRAEL! Ask for either. We schedule around their availability. The other "technicians" seemed to have various degrees of training (and interest in the job) and one didn't even clean all of the rooms. Unless you specifically request it, they will not pre-treat spots or stains, so you have to walk them through the project when they arrive and check it thoroughly before they leave.

It was a nightmare. After a few tries to repair the damage, Kiwi Services said that the work they had done was "the best that they could do." Ultimately, I had to spend additional $$ with a tile expert to repair the damage. When I tried to contact Kiwi to get some sort of resolution, they did not return my calls (multiple calls)! I finally wound up disputing the charge with my credit card company. Unfortunately, because I had signed the receipt, even though I wrote on the receipt that "Work was not satisfactory and we'll need to figure something out, or re-do" that was considered acceptance of the work, so the credit card company did not side with me. Note to self...DON'T SIGN THE RECEIPT IN THE FUTURE IF THE WORK IS NOT SATISFACTORY, EVEN IF YOU NOTATE THAT ON THE RECEIPT. Would love to hear from Kiwi with regards to this, but am not holding my breath!!

Service man very professional . Worked hard. We just did not like the process, diet left in furnitur and carpet, or the smell that took two weeks and tons of vacuuming to remove. Both myself and dog seemed sick and allergic to musty stinky fumes left behind. Especially in furniture.

They did fairly well. It didn’t hold up like I thought it would. I probably wouldn’t use them again. The guy that came out was okay but I just wasn’t completely happy with the job. There were still some spots when he finished but I requested that he go back over them and he did.

They were 2-3 hours late for service. When I asked about this, they said if I did not want the service they would leave. They did not have any uniforms on to identify who they worked with.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received. I had a rug picked up for repair (re-weaving a hole caused by my dog) and cleaning. It seemed to be a great service at first with free pick up and delivery regardless of whether I decided to use their service once receiving the quote. However I was sorely mistaken. They had my rug for over a month. I never one time received a phone call regarding the status of the rug (i.e., quote before the repair, cleaning) as I specifically asked for and was stated on the invoice. At one point they lost the rug. Not a single person gave me the same story one time. They scheduled delivery on 3 different dates then either backed out or simply didn't show and did not call. I literally could go on and on. The bottom line is these are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. Even when I had to drive an hour out of my way to go get the rug myself, the manager would not even come out and speak with me, she let her assistant deal with the situation who then in turn left it to the tech guy. Furthermore, I do not believe the run was even attempted to be cleaned. HORRIBLE!!!!!! On a positive note, the repair was a great job......however, they out source that work. I would love to have just dealt with the repair guy directly.

It was a horrible experience.

They come out and clean your carpet once a year for $150 then they come back out and clean those same rooms for a year as often as you want to for $46. Which if you have pets like we do that is a good deal. At times they offer deals for $99.00 they are very reasonable and they really are very prompt. We have used them for years and we chose them because of that warranty.

They came when they said they were supposed and did a good job.
