Description of Work: Provider did okay, I wasn't impressed. After they completed chimney cleaning, the technician handed me a repair estimate of $400-500 to bring my fireplace up to code. One of the items on the estimate was to caulk around the the chimney flashing for $99.00. I felt that was very expensive.
