Description of Work: This was in Austin, TX. He sealed the holes in the side of our house and on the roof and then got rid of the rats in the attic. Price included once a week rechecks of the attic until the rats were gone.

Description of Work: Replaced chimney cap,repaired damage at top of chimney, waterproofed outside of chimney top to bottom. Went extremely well--very knowledgeable and professional. Will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: We discovered we had a "critter" in the attic. Called Chimney and Wildlife |Specialist who had a technician in our area on the day called. Technician turned up on time, confirmed we had a squirrel in the attic by inspection outside and in attic. Technician sealed the soffit where squire appeared to have entered. On the other side of the soffit, he installed a one way door so that the squirrel would not be able to reenter. He also pointed out other areas on or near the roof where other wholes may appear in the future.

Description of Work: Carlos was awesome, he identified that we had a raccoon, placed pheromones to draw him out, and even set traps. Once he was sur the animal was out, he cleaned and sanitized. No smell or problem since. We would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, he later helped my mom-n-l with a squirl problem successfuly! Thanks

Description of Work: Failed to offer an opinion as to condition of chimney or any other pertinent details. My wife did not ask but the info should have been provided on the bill or by the technician. This seems something they should do as a matter of professionalism. May or may not use again.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough positive things about the serviceman Carlos. He was knowledgable, professional and highly compentent. He inspected my chimney and gave me informative options for repair. He conducted the repair and came back on Saturday as agreed to finish. I like that he did no seem hurried as he spend the time to 1) talk with me about the chimney and related issues and 2) BONUS> showed me how to set up a wood stack to burn a little fire in my fire place. Stellar service man and stellar service. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: First they cleaned the chimney. He did the work quickly with no mess, no fuss. The cover on our chimney was dislodged by a wind storm, so he measured for a replacement. He returned two weeks later and put the new cap on the chimney. Again, he and his helper performed their task quickly without any fuss. After 15 years, our chimney no longer leaks and the cap is firmly secured, which is worth every penny we spent.
