So far so good! I am pleased with the inspection and hope the repairs go well.

The service team was quick, efficient and professional.

I purchased the Deal for 99.00, I was expecting a professional to come to my home to clean and inspect my chimney, but what I got was a gentleman that came to my home in an unmarked white pick up, with no ladder, he said that he would be bring in equipment into the house to clean out the chimney. He went outside and returned with a hose and vacuum cleaner, he was in the house no longer 15 minutes and he did not provide an invoice or spend any time explaining his process. My daughter was representing me, due to the fact that I had to work and was running late, she is a responsible adult over thirty years old. I could not rate the quality of the service due to the fact that he seem to have only cleaned the visible surface, based on the amount of time and effort that he put into explaining his process, his total time spent in my home was approx 15 minutes.

This company did clean the chimney, but without them taking the top off (which I thought they would do), I can't really tell how good of a job they did, nor could I tell the condition of the chimney. They did recommend some new gas logs, which I agree are needed, but they weren't very knowledgeable about the product. They also recommended a sealant for the bricks above the roof line, which I also agree was needed.

They were very nice. They told us exactly who to call and never charged us for anything.

He came on time, cleaned and inspected my fireplace & chimney, inside and out, cleaned up and left. He seemed very honest. Didn't try to sell me anything even said the chimney was pretty clean and probably didn't need to get it cleaned as often as I had, if I kept using it as seldom as I had in the past. I would definitely recommend him.

Thorough inspection of chimney, detailed quote for repairs and matter of fact explanation of each issue, what was necessary and what was more cosmetic.

Tech called ahead with estimated arrival time. When he arrived, introduced himself and stated what he was scheduled to do that day. He proceeded to set up his equipment and start working. I left the room while he worked. I could, however, hear the equipment running. Tech then went outside to inspect chimney exterior and interior. Cleaned up the fireplace and hearth area. Gave me a report of condition. Made recommendations for needed equipment plus other items that would make the fireplace more efficient to use. Provided a written estimate for the various equipment.

It was a good experience. He was very professional. He was very clean. He brought plenty of equipment to clean everything to make sure he didn't get soot everywhere. He cleaned everything up really good. He vacuumed up the inside of the box and everything. It was good.

The technician gave us a 30 minute heads up prior to his on time arrival. He finished quickly, cleaned up his mess, and gave us his results clearly along with recommendations on future chimney maintenance.

He did a good job. He was on time. He came in and told me what we needed, it wasn’t that much. We had some questions. We had a gas starter in our fire place and we were wondering what it would take to turn it into a gas fireplace instead of wood burning. He took the time to explain in detail what needs to be done. We could hire him for it but it wasn’t that hard. He told us, when it would probably be better if we did it ourselves. It is not worth to have somebody do it. We were impressed that he wasn’t out to make a buck. He was there to provide the best service and give us the best deal which we appreciated.

Te technician was right on time. He was courteous, professional, experienced, and efficient. He explained everything that he was going to do. Asked me to review his work for quality We are having him return to place a cap on the chimney which is additional work. Ben was awesome.

Scheduling was easy. Office staff was polite & efficient. Jack arrived early/on time. Did a great job. Price was reasonable. Everything was perfect!

Overall everything went well. During the phone call to schedule the appointment, I was given a time frame of arrival, name of the person who would be coming, and instructions for prep work prior to the appointment. Ben arrived a bit ahead of schedule (good). He was friendly, courteous and professional - described in detail what he would be doing. He kept me informed through the whole process. Luckily for me the fire place and chimney are in good condition. And there were no "critters". I highly recommend this company.

Ben arrived early, explained what he would be doing, got to work, and cleaned up when he was finished. He was polite and friendly and seemed to know a lot about different types of chimneys, flues, and dampers. He vacuumed before he left so that I not only had a clean chimmey, but a clean rug!

Chimney and Wildlife Specialists had a service award for 2011. They were good. I give them an A for overall experience.

VERY PROFESSIONAL! The gentleman came in and covered the whole area in front of the chimney. Had all the proper tools at hand to check/clean the chimney. Advised us on keeping it clean, tho he did say that we had a very clean chimney. Reported there were no areas where any animals could get in and everything looked great!

Overall, I was satisfied with the job that was done and the professionalism of the service person.

We purchased a rental home and wanted to be sure the woodburning fireplace and the dryer vent were safe for renters. Using Angies List we found this company at a fair price and well rated. We were not dissappointed! They were timely on the appointment time, careful in the house, and suprisingly clean (i thought it would be a mess!). Will use them again.

I recieved a return phone call right away when I left a message to schedule an appointment. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the tech. arrived on time. He inspected our chimney, then informed us that it was not dirty and did not need cleaning and offered us another service or to come back at a later date when the chimney had been used more. We were very impressed with his honesty. We had him clean our dryer vent instead, and he did a great job! I would use this company again, no question.
