We had an excellent experience. The representative was very responsive, punctual and professional. They thoroughly cleaned our chimney and discovered that there were cracks. They gave us a quote on site and scheduled to come back and repair the cracks. They arrived as scheduled and repaired the cracks a week later. Also, they noticed that there were some bricks that had fallen from the front of our home and addressed it. They explained that by having this hole in our home this could potentially become a big issue if any critters were to go in. We asked them to give us a quote on the work that needs to be done and we are still working with them to resolve the issue. The representative was very personable and very nice. We will use their services again in the future.

Very punctual , he called several days ahead to confirm appoitment and the call day of appointment as a reminder. When vacumning the chimmney he was extremely careful and placed drop cloths around as to catch anything coming from the chimney that the vacumn didn't get. He was very informative and extremely outgoing.

He was honest and didn't charge me for services I didn't need. He recommended stores where I could buy updated chimney inserts and offered to pick up the products to install.

It went very well. The chimney sweep called me twice. I had been given a window of 9-11, and he told me it would be closer to 11. When he was ready to come to my house, he called again and gave me an approximate arrival time. The chimney sweep was courteous and professional. He did the job quickly and effeciently and did not make a mess of any kind.

The technician was puntual and professional. He worked quickly and informed me what he was doing. I appreciated the advice he gave me on how often to have these services performed and his friendly disposition. I ended up having a bird's nest in my dryer vent! He was able to put a cage over the outside vent to prevent the problem in the future. It was an additional $50 which I thought was rather expensive, but I wanted to have it taken care of immediately-which he was able to do. The cage is just a little plastic basket with a door that is screwed onto the side of the house.

I was impressed with the contact from the company. On the day of the original appointment, the scheduler called to let me know that it would be closer to the end of the "wait time" before the sweep would get to my house. I appreciated this because no one likes to wait and wonder. When the sweep got there, I explained that I seldom used real wood, but the Duraflame logs and occasionally the kind of log that is supposed to help keep the chimney clean, but that I hadn't had it cleaned in many years. It took no time for him to complete the job, and he commented that the log did help keep it clean. As an afterthought, I asked if he could help me determine the type of key needed to use the gas pipe since I had mistakenly thrown away the wrong key when the gas pipe was replaced. He went to his truck and had a key that worked. So now I can use my gas pipe. I was impressed with how clean he left the fireplace and how quickly he was able to complete the job.

Arrived on time. Swept the chimney quickly and thoroughly. Kept everything outside the chimney clean. Thoroughly explained answers to some of the questions I had. Seemed very knowledgeable. I was given onsite estimates for additional work I requested.

It was excellent. Jack called within hours of my buying the coupon and we set up an appointment. He arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection. Since no cleaning was necessary, he applied the $89 to the work that did need doing. He gave me an estimate, which was exactly what he ended up charging, and we set up an appointment for the work. Again, he arrived promptly and put a cap on top of the chimney and packed the lintel, the area where the fireplace meets the chimney, to fireproof it. He was efficient and friendly. I'd use him again.

We had a lot of blockages of animal nesting. He removed it all without harming any bird nests or eggs and gave us a quick lesson on how to use our fireplace (first time home owners and fireplace owners!) great job and made us feel really comfortable.

I purchased a coupon on your site and the company called me very quickly thereafter to set up an appointment. I believe the person who came to my house was the owner of the Austin division. He found a crack in the back wall of the chimney but told me how I could order a replacement part myself and save me money. He would then come back and install it himself if I wanted him to. In case, I wanted to install it on my own, he showed me how. I plan to have him order it and install it at some future date. I trusted him fully and appreciate his honestly.

I am very pleased with the service and will use them again. He was on time, very professional and efficient, and there was no mess. He also checked the chimney topper and attic. I am once again comfortable using my fire place.

He was really nice, he took time to answer questions and explain things out because there was terminology about the chimney that I didn't know and my wife didn't know either. My wife said he took a lot of time with talking about all the different things and making her feel comfortable with talking about the chimney and making a good informed decision about it. He called beforehand just to verify the time and he was very polite on the phone and said he would likely be early instead of later and that was fine with us.

When i called and set up the appointment we set a date and time. The young man called the morning of the appointment and gave me approximate time when he was going to show up.
