The guys did a decently good job quickly wrapping and moving everything, however, our appliance was damaged and the office manager does not want to reimburse what their own stated written contract agreed upon. Three months later still trying to get reimbursed what is due to us.

This company is dishonest and will not take responsibility for what their employees do.I was lied to by the mover who then denied the lie.

On 3/18 Miguel's crew (Junior & Kevin) showed up at my apartment and I was immediately impressed. They were on time, ready to go and from the moment they parked the truck they were working. They wrapped up the furniture, moved the boxes and before I knew it, we were on our way to the new place. For being charged hourly I was anticipating a 3-hour load. They were done in 2 and when we go to the new place they were unloaded and done in a bit more than an hour. Not only were they efficient, but they were also friendly and cautious of their surroundings. Thanks to them I had a great easy move experience and would highly recommend you and this team to friends and family.

They damaged my new $2000.00 dryer. I had to make them put the anchors in the washer, one of the guys smelled like beer at 9 am when they got to my house. The only one I would have to do anything for me was the very young guy, he was awesome. Will never hire this company again.

They were excellent.

I hired movers from Carpe Diem Moving for a local move. There was miscommunication within their office to the workers as to what I would be requesting moved. The first moving team that arrived wanted me to sign a contract on a small phone and without allowing me the opportunity to review it. I saw a dollar figure that I was unaware of and disputed. While I called the office to speak with Mary, the movers actually went to their truck, unloaded my belongs and physically left. Another crew was sent out and the move was complete. The quoted me 3.5hrs of work even though when my husband and I helped them stay on track they had the service done in less than 2. Damage was done to my belongings but at this point I would rather just be done with this company.

The worst moving experience EVER! Only 15 miles between locations and I had more damage on this move than I did moving multiple states away! The team broke things and tried to hide it. Broke a box of essential oils and threw them in the garment box that held all my nice clothes. Many boxes with broken glass, severe scratches in my furniture... AND, they were riding the moving equipment like toys down the halls of my new condo building. Biggest disappointment ever! Also, they use 3rd party movers.
