Advance to Voigt Masonry

Mr. Voigt was very efficient, very professional. I could be a very picky person, but have to rate this service nothing but the top notch.

I was happy with them. They did a very good job matching the mortar.

All went well, work was completed as promised, and in a timely manner.

Vance come out the same day I requested the estimate, and was able to describe the work he would do, what was needed, etc. He was professional and you can tell he definitely knows his industry and business. He came out a few days later but had to come back due to the wall still being wet from some rain. They finished everything quickly and it all looks great.

The men arrived right on time. The work took several hours and they worked expertly and efficiently. They also cleaned my yard of all debris when they were through. I found them very professional and was pleased with the results. Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

We contacted Vance as one of our final estiamtes and ended up going with a general contactor to do the work (masonry was one piece of our project). Vance was extremely responsive and professional and will definitely be on our short list if we have any mason work in the future.

That did a good job replacing my doors. I had a very good experience when they replaced the doors.But when I tried to get them back to do some wood work and stuff, they were booked way far out. I think they're mostly doing crown molding now. They're very busy but they always return calls right away. I would use them again, but I just got the feeling they're too busy for small jobs now.

Very efficient overall. We used email to send photo of desired project, get quote, and schedule work. Responses to email were very prompt. And I am very pleased with result--columns look exactly as I wanted. I will definitely call Mr Voigt if/when I need any masonry work done.

Very well. Mr. Vance performed all the masonry work and coordinated the various support operations such as obtaining proper city permits and engineering plans to assure everything was to code and that the structure when complete would stand the test of time. As the project, due to its' size, took several days to complete he assured that the work site was tidy on a daily basis and when completed he assured that the area was neat and clean.

Vance was professorial and punctual staring with the estimate process through to completion of the project. Vance made sure to call in and give updates to his progress at the end of each day.

Good experience. I called and left a message to get estimate. Once I recieved estimate, the work was scheduled. Determined that he could just cut the top of the brick stand off and replace broken mailbox and then seal back top half by re-grouting. All went according to plan. The mailbox looks great.

Overall, it went well. It took only a couple of days start to finish. He had no problem coordinating schedules with our plumber.

Service and performance was excellent. Highly recommended.

Found them on AL ... they provided quote and described project. Project went as planned. Short delay due to weather. Cleaned up and work performed as planned within estimate. Provided warranty. Couplr of years later, no issues with their work. They pointed out whereproblems may occur in the future. Excellent experience. Excellent. The job went great, Vance is a straight up class act. Very honest and very practical with reasonable prices. He and his helper spent an entire day at the house and did quite a bit of work on my brick exterior and a damaged portion of my concrete foundation side wall. He is responsive and on time. After this job was complete, I called him back to do one more repair, he was able to accommodate my schedule and was able to come out to the house within just a few days and he took care of the repair in a very short amount of time. He does an excellent job of matching brick mortar color with the surrounding/existing mortar so it doesn't look like there was ever any damage. I highly recommend this contractor and would not hesitate to have him do more work at my house in the future.

On August 1st, a vehicle crashed into our back "fence" which is essentially a brick wall. This caused a 20-ft portion of the wall to come down in pieces. We contacted Voigt Masonry on Friday, August 3rd, and explained our situation. Vance indicated he could come out to give us an estimate the following day. He came out at the time promised and provided an estimate for the work to clean up the mess and rebuild the wall. He also told us he could re-use some of the bricks that were still intact. We agreed to the estimate and asked that they get started as soon as possible. Our yard backs onto a main road and we wanted to get the wall back up asap. He showed up with a member of his team on Monday afternoon (August 6th) and began the clean-up. They made huge progress on the clean-up and put up a temporary plastic fence before they left for the day. They showed up every weekday from that point on until the work was completely finished on August 13th. Before leaving, Vance did a great job of cleaning up all debris from the job and making sure our yard was back to normal. We feel that Vance did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress and we were very happy with how quickly the wall was repaired. We would definitely hire Voigt Masonry again in the future.

I called using the phone number on Angies list. The owner responded quickly and committed to come out in a few days to do an estimate. The estimate was done on time, it was easy to understand, and well documented. The work was scheduled, started and completed on time and the worksite cleaned up when the job was finished. I was invoiced and I paid on the spot at the completion of work. i chose Voigt based on Angie's List reviews. The work lived up to the reviews and I'm another happy customer.

He did a great job with the masonry work he performed. They had to clean and reuse some of the brick. He had to match the new brick to the old. The job turned out great. He also fixed a crack with mortar and made it look very nice. He was an expert in the field. He was reasonably priced and I would recommend him to others in the future.

Mr Voight refinished our fireplace both he and his assistant were very professional and quick. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure that you were happy with their service. They did a beautiful job and would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, gave a very accurate estimate. He provided with very insightful ideas and performed the job in a very professional way, he was always present during the job and cleaned after themselves. We are very happy and plan to bring him back for a retention wall job.
