This merely involved lighting a gas water heater. Time spent was 15 minutes and the charge was $75.

2 seconds at the garbage disposer is not worth paying $125.00

The were able to react quickly to a plumbing leak and get me sorted the same day. They did a good inspection, told me how the drainage system was set up and were able to scope the lines to determine whether there was a break in any of them. They then fixed the problem (bad wax ring) and get things working right very quickly. They even re-caulked the base of the toilet, something I was expecting to have to do myself.

The sevice man was on time, courteous and efficient. He completed the installation and it works perfectly. They gave me a bid and did not try to upcharge me for extra parts or labor. I am very satisfied.

It was a little higher in price than the quoted estimate.
