Landpro Irrigation & Lighting Specialist

Work was completed after some delays. Had to come back because he needed a different value. Ended up costing more than estimate as they said it took longer than expected to replace the valve. I would have preferred to be told the extra expense prior to being charged.

They were never able to make their appointments - I waited weeks for the 1st appointment, then I called to reschedule, an hour after they were suppose to be here, and I waited here the whole day. I called Angies list and they helped me find another offer.

Although a bit of confusion on service date, after a call they arrived late on the same day, discovered the issue was a closed valve done by a plumber doing a mandatory backflow test and checked and tuned up the system which is working fine. Price was reasonable and we will definitely use them again.

After selecting the "Angie's List" special, I assumed I'd call them to set up an appointment. Happily I was wrong and Chris with Land Pro called me 20 minutes later to lock in a time for a technician to come over. Dexter was the guy they sent. He was kind, respectful, and paid a great deal of attention to what my concerns were and made suggestions...basically educated me about what needed to be done and why. He made the adjustments that were needed right then and there. You could tell he took pride in his work as did Chris. I put Land Pro in my phone, for they'll be the ones we call with any needs going forward.

We scheduled our appointment and Sean showed up with another worker. A little late, but that was okay because they called. When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would be a $75 fee and if we chose to have the work down we would receive a credit for half that fee. They walked around and looked at everything and then re-set our sprinkler system to go off at different days/times. Sean let me know that it would probably take a couple of guys 7-8 hours to update our exisiting system. He said he would email me his proposal that evening. I didn't receive any proposal and waited for a few days. Never heard from Sean so I emailed about my proposal. He never returned my email and I have never received my proposal. So I'm out $75 dollars. I didn't need to pay someone to come out and adjust my system. Wasted money.

Show up on-time and did a good job.

He checked all sprinklers and tuned properly.

It was okay. It was just average. He didn't seem like he got our timer set right, instead of going off on a Saturday morning it seems like he got it set for a Sunday morning. It took a while to get a hold of him.

I was in Oregon, but according to my wife, they did a good job. I doubt that we would use them again. It is pretty expensive.

Showed up on time, did a thorough inspection and then explained everything that was wrong before doing any work. Wrote up all the issues and then worked with me on what to do today vs. later. They even recommended a few things that were "easy" for them to throw in last minute so my sprinklers would run top notch. Such a great experience. I will use them again in the future - maybe for lighting work!

I thought they did a good job but at an extra cost. Perhaps, I did not understand what services were included in the Angie's List special offer.

It went very well and they did a great job. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. I certainly got my money's worth and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

Dexter with Landpro was on time, efficient and responsive. Our system is working fine now and we are very pleased. He is professional and represents his company and his trade in general, in an exemplary way!

Everything was great, very informative. However, the charge to fix the sprinkler heads was unexpected. The year before they had come and replaced 2 heads at no cost. This time it cost me the sprinkler heads plus a service fee.

LandPro arrived on the agreed date and time. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional by taking the time to review each element of my current system. They soon determined that my control box was not functioning, discussed my options, replaced the control box then proceeded to expect my working sprinkler system. They determined my current sprinkler heads were not providing sufficient water coverage, again discussed options, we agreed on the replacement parts. It took LandPro 1.5 hours to complete the entire project. I highly recommend LandPro if you need new or existing sprinkler work done.

Everything was excellent. They returned my calls. I had a guys direct number and he no longer was employed with the company, but the owner found out and everything was taken care of immediately.

They were good. I did ask them to do some services while they were there. They repaired some sprinkler lines, replaced some sprinkler heads and made some adjustments to my system. The total cost was $300. They did a good job. But, there was one sprinkler still spraying right against the house. I had to go back and readjust that.

This was a big deal purchase. It went fine. They charged me another $60 to do what they did. They did a good job; I was just surprised about the additional charge. Before I used them again I would want to know a little more upfront about the price before I actually had them come out here so I did not have any surprises. I don't like surprises.

They did fine. They charged us extra because there were some repairs they had to make.

Was contacted specifically to look at a leak in the back yard. Said the leak was caused by AC. Called another vendor who said the lead is an irrigation control valve, replaced it and fixed the problem.
