Did a great job setting my irrigation system for this season. I asked for a follow up request to review my landscape lighting unit but they have not responded. Disappointed.

The crew was great, jumped right in spent about an hour, left a well functioning system. Definately worthwhile.

Technician was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. He ran the zones and made adjustments as needed. He recommended changing the length of time each zone ran.

They repaired most of the system, but left 2-3 landscape lights not fixed. I had the idea they would return to complete, but they never did. Their invoice acknowledged that they knew 2-3 lights were left unfixed.

The technician did a great job of repairing and repositioning the landscape lights. I think his name was Brent, but he was very knowledgable and professional. My only problem was that I did not hear from this company after I bought the service through Angie's List. I finally called them and they set up an appointment right away.

They provided the tune up and did some necessary repairs. It went well and the technician was great, too!

I purchased a $49 "comprehensive sprinkler tune-up or winterization" package that promised to "clean and adjust clogged nozzles; set controller for proper watering time and duration; adjust heads and rotors for most efficient coverage." None of this was done. The service man showed up for the appointment (no problems with scheduling), but all he did was turn on all the sprinklers and then give me an estimate for $187 more work that included "6 heads raised; 6 heads straightened." Maybe it's semantics, but to me, raising & straightening heads is part of adjusting heads and rotors for most efficient coverage. He also didn't set the controller for proper watering time and duration--he didn't set it for anything. I feel like the $49 was a ploy to get more money. Waste of my time. And I don't want to hire them back because they didn't preform the task the first time!

Bought the $49 tune-up to find a reputable company. Team made contact quickly to schedule service, understood the challenge/repairs needed, and followed through with on-time appointment and great craftsmanship to fix one broken sprinkler head and raise some others. Highly recommended and now my "go-to" Sprinkler Guy!

Worse than Terrible. Cost me HUNDREDS of dollars in wasted water. I paid $85.50 for a "Comprehensive Sprinkler System Tune-Up". I have an existing irrigation system that is about 20 years old that works, but has leaks in it - so I keep it turned off at the source (otherwise my water bill doubles from a leak somewhere). The irrigation guy came out. I explained to the guy that I needed an evaluation and recommendation for repairs - in other words, an "estimate for repairs" ... something that is usually free. I was prepared to spend at least $1,000 on the system, and an estimate is usually considered a "cost of doing business". I figured that by going with a well regarded company and paying for the estimate would produce a better result. Bad idea. He looked at the electrical connection and promptly stated that "everything was wrong", that it couldn't possibly work, he didn't understand how it was done, and that he had never seen something set up in such a fashion. Trust me, the sprinkler zones all turn on. I've been living here for 10 years and for 8 of those years, I used the system regularly. He spent most of his time freaking out over a small wasp nest about the size of a quarter above the garage door and ended up going to Home Depot to buy a can of insect spray. Unbeknownst to me, he turned the main irrigation water valves ON (I told him that I keep them turned OFF because the there is a leak) and HE DIDN'T CLOSE THEM when he left. I only discovered that he did that after a couple months of CRAZY water bills. All my hard-earned money was leaking out into the dirt. Thank you Landpro. Hundreds of dollars. Oh, he left most of the underground wiring boxes uncovered to boot. And here's the kicker - he NEVER got back to me with an estimate or plan of action for repairs. NOTHING. Just took my money, left everything a mess, cost me hundreds in water bills. UNBELIEVABLE. Yet true.
