Description of Work: Landpro was very quick to set up time. We had to reschedule due to weather but they communicated very well to keep me up to date with their schedule.

Description of Work: After fixing a few lights per the Angie's List deal, we decided to have LandPro replace all of our lights and add three new ones. The look great and should last us 10 years. Was great to see the house fully lit at night.

Description of Work: I bought the Sprinkler Tune-up Big Deal. The response time was excellent. The fellow who came to do the work was on time, professional, and experienced. He also was very pleasant and very patient in explaining the schedule settings. He evaluated the system, repaired the broken head, and tested the system. Everything works great now. This is a good company with good people.

Description of Work: I have contacted the company twice and the lady I spoke with told me someone would call in the afternoon or the next day. There has been no phone call or email from anyone. I would not trust their work after this experience.

I was hoping to get the system I had put in only two years ago 'overhauled' and made easier for me to use. Chris Metcalf was very professional and I would have been glad to hire him.

Description of Work: Dexter, the service person was over an hour late and did not call to let me know. He almost made me late for work. Dexter told me he would call me to let me know what he found as well as the est. cost to repair. Dexter did call and do that. We agreed when he called that he would let me know when he had completed the work so I could come home, inspect the work and pay him. Dexter, again, supposedly completed the work, but did not call me. So, I did not know if the work was done or not. The next day I received a telephone message from Olga at their office wanting to know how I wanted to pay the bill. I returned the call and spoke to the owner. I informed the owner about what had happened and that I was not happy. He apologized and said that he would make Dexter come out to my home, on Dexter's own time, to go over what he had done. This time Dexter called ahead of time and showed up on time. He went over the work with me and I felt comfortable that the work had actually been performed. I called the following Monday and wanted to pay for the work. I left a message. I did not receive a call back for over a week. I was glad that the owner made certain things were taken care of, but, they should have been done correctly in the first place.

Description of Work: Checked my sprinklers system and I had them fix a broken sprinkler that had was broken by a growing tree. Surprised at the price outside of the normal AL special I called them in for.

Description of Work: Checked areas that was not popping up well although I had to show him some areas with greater problems . He did not push or pull the sprinklers that was not coming all the way up but just half way.. I thought he would investigate to see if dirt was in the fillings and needed to be cleaned or if they were pumped and pulled up and down that may loosen them. He did not seem to be experienced in what he was doing and wanted to completely replace at least 12 and I felt if worked with them right, he would not have to replace that many.

Description of Work: The guy came and checked the sprinkles which are 12, two more than the deal which was for eighth. He only charged me for two additional ones. Besides, he programmed the clock. Excellent service.
