Chris with Landpro checked our sprinkler system, found the need to replace a valve. He was very prompt, professional, and the work was completed efficiently.

Landpro professional checked all sprinkler heads and gave advice on watering times. Also suggested possible causes of grass browning but was not definitive. Rather he recommended a lawn service company that we ended up contracting with. Very good service...highly recommend this company for what it does.

We are fairly new to our current home, the sprinkler system and to Texas. This past Spring we had a large garden installed, which required a lot of hand watering of the new plants. As they have become established they are safe using only the sprinkler system now. We quickly noticed that not all areas of the yard and garden were fully covered; in addition to that issue some sprinkler heads were soaking our covered patio. Chris was very thorough and patient, walking me through the yard and pointing out the areas that were and were not covered by the system and explaining how to set the system controller. One of the heads obviously needed to be moved out about 6 inches and up about a foot because it was stuck behind a fence support. Chris also adjusted the sprinkler heads along the patio. My husband and I were very satisfied and will use Landpro's Irrigation Maintenance Program to keep thing working well.

The work went well,but they kept sending me the invoice again even after I had paid them as soon as the work was done.Had to call them and send them the copy of the check to clear the account.

The provider never contacted me as promised, so now I'm out $49. I need to reach out to Angie's list to get my money back.

I paid for a sprinkler system inspection and tune - up. I needed some minor repairs and those were done. I had to call them back because some of the sprinkler heads were not adjusted properly and the control unit was not programmed correctly. I would have let that pass, but when I called to ask them to come back, instead of what I expected which was, "sorry things weren't right!", I felt like I needed to defend myself. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are simply picky and can't be made happy, but the problems I called in about were not imaginary. They came back out and fixed the things that needed to be fixed. I think they know what they are doing, and their prices are fair, but it would be nice if the job could be done right the first time. It cost more because i asked for several programmed remotes as well. very good price.

He went around and inspected all the sprinklers. Found issues with some of them - they didn't seem to be coming up sufficiently from the ground level. He offered a quote for the fixes. He also helped with setting proper times for the watering schedule.

He was good. We used the coupon and then he came back out and fixed some stuff for an additional cost. He had to do quite a bit of work but he did a good job.

We were 100% satisfied with Landpro's service and would use them again.

I bought a coupon and they came out and checked out my whole sprinkler system from top to bottom. Made a couple of changes and adjustments. Didn't find anything major. Was very pleased with their work.

The sprinkler wasn't functional, so they couldn't actually do the service itself, but he did get it working again

We knew there were significant issues before we called. They came out and evaluated everything as they promised. Discussed it openly and went about repairs just as they said they would. They were professional and knowledgeable. There were no surprises. It took them one extra trip because they had to dig out a very large tree root to provide room for a pipe to be place for a section of the yard. But they let us know in advance, made a plan and proceeded just as they said they would. We would have them come again for sprinkle service.

Person was on time and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and willing to explain what was being done any why. Made it easy for me to understand what was needed so I could make informed decisions. Found one problem that could not be repaired in the time alloted for this type check out, but gave me an estimate for what it would cost to resolve the issue, and suggested that I call for another appointment if I decieed to go forward with the additional work. I did call, and LandPro came back out, did all the work required,a nd the total turned out to be about 35% less than their estimate, and that was all I was charged. All in all, a very satisfactory compay to do business with.

I purchased this service for my mother and heard Chris was awesome! He arrived at the agreed time, completely inspected her system and diagnosed the problems she was having. He explained everything in terms she could understand, made the necessary repairs at a fair price. Mom lives in Sun City and we will call him again should his services be required again. Mom will be going to the Sun City Community Association office and giving "two thumbs up" in the CA vendor book. Thanks Chris, for taking care of my mother. You rock!

Everything went great. Professional, courteous and kept me informed of what he was going to do. Also called ahead before coming and informed me he could come sooner than my scheduled time which I welcomed. I will for sure use this company again.

Chris was a little late because the prior job ran over. It was not a big deal. I completely understand that it can happen. The service was exactly what I required. I'll use Landpro again in the future.

They did an excellent job. They are very good.

Chris was great and very professional. He only gets a B overall because I have a funky old system, and while he did get it working, it is not working at the correct times. Otherwise a great company, I'm having him back to fix it and install a new modern box soon.

We were really impressed with Landpro. When Chris came the first time back in May the old sprinkler box had given out. He replaced it and the cost came in under the estimate by $50. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job. Then he came back over just today (Aug. 1) as the system had gotten out of whack - probably because of a power failure and not because the system was faulty. He got things up and running again, gave us the name of an electrician who can head off the next power failure issue - and he din't charge us a dime. I highly recommend this company!
