Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $79.99 for a complete home air duct cleaning. They did complete air duct cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned ducts, sprayed to clean mold (extra charge upon approval), and covered furniture where vents were cleaned. Men were late due to previous client had issues that took longer to handle, but they called ahead of time to notify me. It worked out perfectly that they were late and I was so glad they didn't reschedule. They were still professional despite being tired from a very long day's work. House is so much better and so glad they were able to clean all the vents and ducts since it was much needed.

Description of Work: I was told I had unsealed areas around the unit and paid extra for the unit to be sealed up properly. Although I was shown pictures of the problems, I have no way to know if in fact this was a pre-existing problem, or if it was fully corrected, as I can not access the area myself.

Description of Work: this service was for cleaning air ducts. They were also to clean the grills. The return grills were just as dirty after as they were before. They kept telling me there was very little dust. | |They were polite and professional but not effective.

Description of Work: I knew my vents were dirty and that I would need more cleaning in addition to the $79 cleaning offer. The crew took a picture of my vents and system and there was A LOT of mold. I was sick for over six weeks this past winter going through several rounds of antibiotics, steroids, cough medicine, and an inhaler. Wow! I probably would not have struggled to get well for so long if my ENTIRE system hadn't been so dirty and polluted with mold. They sealed all air leaks--which were a contributor to moister creating environment for mold. The pictures at the close of the job were just beautiful. Very clean and the air has been so much easier to breathe. I'm no longer blowing my nose all day.

Description of Work: Technicians arrived late due to accident involving original tech (I've heard this one before- if it's genuine, I hope for the best for the guy, but it's becoming a cliche for tardiness) |Technicians performed services and cleaned up the larger portion of the mess, but there was still dust everywhere. |The lead tech was very friendly and helpful, but he pushed a full menu of additional services that were totally unrelated to the duct cleaning.
