Description of Work: After inspecting the air ducts some evidence of mold was found. Based on this information the technicians explained that a basic air duct cleaning without correcting the mold issue would only spread it throughout the home. They provided an estimate of $1000 to $1300 to remove this mold. At this point, I didn't budget for the additional expense. I will consider having the mold remediation done in the near future.

Description of Work: Cleaned each duct very well. He and his helper took about five hours to do the job. The extra four hundred plus dollars came from selling us an ultraviolet light put into the plenum to eradicate mold. Although we agree to it, I later had buyers remorse because I don't see or smell much difference. I'm not sure if we really needed it and our instant acceptance of his suggestion was based on our need to reduce allergies. I don't think I will hire anyone to do this job again.

Description of Work: I had bought two air duct cleaning deals for my two AC systems to clean up after finishing dusty renos. The deals included cleaning air returns and all vents. After inspecting the systems, the tech informed me that the air returns were dusty and needed to be cleaned. However, he recommended not cleaning all the vents because they were not dirty. Only five returns were cleaned which was probably less than total work for even one system. Therefore I would like a refund for the second system cleaning that I bought.
