Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts on 2 systems, sealed all leaks, and installed an ultraviolet light in each system to help control mold and bacteria.

Description of Work: Cleaned the ducts. We had a bunch of them. There was some water and condensation getting in the ducts. They found the problem, quoted us several options on solving it and we chose one and they did what they said they would and it solved the problem for the price they quoted. We were happy with their service!

Description of Work: They serviced both AC units, cleaned all my vents and gave me recommendations. The guys were friendly, professional and on time.

Description of Work: Purchased daily deal (note on website we would be contacted by provider within 48 hours) and after one week we had still not heard from the provider. Contacted Angie's List rep who indicated they would have someone call us. The following day the provider called and scheduled an appointment. Our daily deal was $79 for duct cleaning. On the day of the appointment two techs arrived on time and went to the attic. Within a few minutes one of them came down and began to outline a number of "conditions" they found in the attic that they could fix for a variety of prices. We agreed to an additional two services after which they pushed yet another which we had to decline more than once to get them to understand we were are our limit. They finished the work and left. They did not return to each room to insure they left them clean. Nor did they ask for a broom, paper towels or trash bag. Four rooms were left with chunks of sheetrock and paint chips on the furniture and the floors. The expensive bed cover in the master bedroom has a good sized stain directly under the a/c vent which was not there before they carried out their work. We found the techs to be pushy and unprofessional for two main reasons 1) they aggressively tried to sell us services we had not planned on and did not want and 2) they left a mess in all but two rooms in the house and made no effort to first check to see if they had made a mess and second to clean it up. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. In retrospect we should have paid an alternate reputable company a little bit more for the duct cleaning and perhaps we would have had a prompt initial response from the provider, less of an aggressive attitude in trying to push other services on us and a clean house with no damage once the job was complete.

Description of Work: Cleaned vent covers but missed two--said normal chg was $30 per vent but only chg. me $20 |BOTTOM LINE_I FELT MISLED AND OVERCHARGED///NOT SURE ALL TRUNK LINES WERE CLEANED |They added in all extras such as sanitize,deodorize,anti bact, etc--Gave me an est. of $800 for all |Said System had numerous air leaks that would cost $200 to fix--I called in A/C contractor for $60 and they could only find a small leak in the plenum door, Also clean up was not thorough.

Description of Work: The upsell came immediately as they entered the door. I just wanted the ducts cleaned on my rental property. The metal ducts have never been a problem. Before they left they were still trying to sell me on tearing out all of the duct work and replacing to the tune of thousands of dollars. The whole process felt very scammy...
