Description of Work: Everything went according to what was described to us. Totally satisfied. Michael and Yousef were very considerate of our home. Took every precaution to leave our home as they found it. They installed insulation, installed a UV assembly ,cleaned all air ducts, cleaned dryer vent. They went over and beyond our expectations. When they were done they cleaned up after the job was completed. They explained and kept us informed every step of the way. Explained thoroughly why things needed to be done. Any questions we had were answered very professionally.

Description of Work: The workers told me that my vents weren't dirty, so all they did was clean the intake , change my filter and clean the dryer vent, which is about 3 feet long. So, I ended up paying for work that didn't get done. Instead, the representative tried to sell me additional services without giving me any kind of discount. I passed. This was a rip-off.

Description of Work: They made 2 visits. One visit to clean the dryer vent and the second visit to clean the air ducts and air duct covers. The dryer vent is on the roof and was very clogged with lint. The air duct covers were filthy. Now, everything is very clean and the air quality is much better. |Everything went very well and they did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized the vents throughout my home. The teamwork of the duo was excellent! They explained what needed to be done, how they would proceed, then completed the work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: I had the contractor add additional insulation to the amount covered by the Angie's List coupon. I felt I got a fair price for the additional work and they did the job without any problems. I would use them again for insulation installation in the future. They confirmed their arrival time, arrived as stated and took about 1.5 hours for the job.
