Description of Work: They looked at my air ducts and said I didn't need the air duct cleaning that I purchased. They said I did need the air ducts sanitized and plenum cleaned and resealed. They credited the $79.99 that I had already paid online to my bill. I wasn't expecting to pay so much, but I am pleased with the results. They were nice, informative, and very professional. They took pictures in my attic of other problems that I need to have fixed by a company other than theirs. Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Adam was very nice, said he was concerned with the age of the ducts and possible tearing them. Said there were air leaks and wanted 200.00 to fix them. Gave me an estimate to replace 10 ducts and returns for $1800.00... the AC had just been installed on 7/7/15 so I told him that if there are air leaks I would get the AC co back out there. The AC company came out today and there are NO leaks?? makes me wonder.. Anyway, I would like you to refund my money asap. Thank you.

Description of Work: I purchased the $79 air duct cleaning. The service man told me I needed a $700 service to treat years of dried mold which looked a lot like dust. When I asked for a written recommendation, he provided an order that called for deodorization and not mold treatment. I never called back. Still, I would like to receive my payment back.
