Description of Work: They came to my house to clean the a/c vents, but when they saw how difficult it was going to be they said they did not need cleaning. The vent system has been in place for 18 years and has never been cleaned. There is no way it did not need to be cleaned.

Description of Work: The said that my ducts were in too poor a shape to be cleaned and quoted me $2000 for replacement. I think what they said is probably true. They are 40 years old. Also the tried to sell me a re insulation job for $2000. That is a lot of money for what was originally a $79 job. Again, the insulation is probably a great idea. I am still considering what to do, I do not have the money at the current time to proceed. I have not asked for a refund yet.

Description of Work: Didn't do service ordered, said unnecessary. Offered alternate service which didn't help with a/c problem. Also didn't clean dryer vent, said would need additional service to perform dryer vent cleaning at additional cost.

Description of Work: Found mold/mildew in several vent registers, which we suspected. Cleaned all vent registers; cleaned and disinfected duct work; sprayed Kilz on areas with mold/mildew; took pictures in the attic of what was causing the problem and fixed it; installed UV light to help eliminate the problem. Cleaned up everything .Took about 3 hours. Before doing the suggested work, gave me a complete estimate.....no pressure.. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: I left them alone downstairs while they worked, and I'm not sure how much they did. There is still lots of dust on some of my vents and they were done pretty quickly to do the whole house. Not sure they fulfilled the agreement of what they said they'd do.

Description of Work: We had home air duct cleaning. It was a tough job but they did awesome and we actually had a home inspection and that company said our air quality was top rating. Service Express did an outstanding job and didn't charge more than the estimate.
