Description of Work: Based on this companies rating, i was extremely excited to go straight to a company without doing a lot of research. They were very responsive to send someone out to provide on an estimate. After we agreed on a price and date, i never heard from them again. I attempted to call and recieved a bit of a run around but, ultimate never got a response...this was a bit disappointing.

Description of Work: Very pleased. Service was vent cleaning throughout home. Service was efficient, professional and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: We did the Angie's list deal for duct cleaning due to allergies. When the tech came he said our house was not old enough to require duct cleaning and that they all looked good. He gave us an option to help out our allergies. We had him install a UV light in our attic that helps eliminate allergens and prolongs the life of our AC system. Very pleased with their honesty about our ducts not needing to be cleaned. Glad we made the UV light purchase.

Description of Work: They came in to do a duct cleaning. Once there they inspected my system and said I needed $1,000 worth of services. I ended up buying $500 in services in addition to what I had already paid Angie's List. They scuffed walls and left paint chips on the floor in most rooms. Since we have lead paint in the house and I have pets this is an issue. They also said they cleaned vents in the front of the house that they could not have possibly accessed without my assistance. On top of it all, they billed my credit card twice! Not pleased with this service provider.

Description of Work: I paid for this on Angie's list and was given a name and phone number to call to schedule service. Called several times over 3 days and never received a call from them. Therefore called Angie's list and requested my money be returned. No company intro on phone, no call back. I would rate them as totally unprofessional

Description of Work: Booked a standard air duct cleaning for both systems but they found some mold & recommended treatment. Cost was $350 per unit in top of $74 per unit inspection. A bit pricey, but they did an excellent job & sealed both units as they were also leaking.

Description of Work: They advertise this as "comprehensive home energy audit" but that's a lie. All he did was to go in Attic and check my A/C unit and told me that I need to go for "vent cleaning" and install a bulb they sell that will prevent mold. He didn't check anything else around house.
