Description of Work: Arrived ontime, Checked my system, made suggestions for alternative service necessary due to my system. Did not clean out the airvents. Left a phone number but took days to get a response and still have not gotten back with owner to do vent cleaning.

Description of Work: Put insulation in my entire attic and cleaned lint filter on dryer. They were very attentive and nice to work with and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up after they finished better than it was before they came.

Description of Work: I was trying to see if I had any events in my attic that were leaking. He checked a vent but they never went into the attic to see if any of the other events needed replacing so I did not have a vent replaced. I still had to pay that money though for the coupon but really nothing was done. He just clean the vent on the outside.

Description of Work: $79 was a joke! Ducts were dirty and needed cleaning which apparently the $79 "Deal" didn't cover. The $79 is bait for real charges to clean your ducts.

Description of Work: Found mold in duct work and plenums. Wanted an additional $900 to remediate problem. Ended up paying an extra $400. To disinfect system but system was not cleaned. I ended up replacing all the duct work and plenums myself.
