The provider reached out to me and provided dates outside my preferred range. I asked that he reach out to me on January 15th and I have yet to hear back via email or phone.

The two person crew arrived on time. They were very courteous. They explained everything they were doing. They ended up finding evidence of mold so an additional treatment was recommended and done in a timely fashion. The next morning, my stuffy nose and allergies were much much better. Excellent job!

I Called Service Express and scheduled an appointment. 1 hour prior of them showing up I Received a call from their office informing me that the techs were on the way and the lady working their was so professorial and caring. Chris and Mike were the two techs that showed up. I knew that this company was professional because as soon as they came in my house they put on boot covers they also placed corner guards to protect the wall paint from their vacuum hose. They went up to my attic and inspected my units it took about 20 minutes. They were so honest because one of my units had no problems but the other unit had some leaks and mildew. They sanitized that unit sealed the leaks and cleaned all my ducts. Now my house feels fresh and new. I will pay money to keep my family's health good. Service Express Home Experts called me an hour after my purchase of the big deal from Angie's List, and we set up an appointment right away. The caller was very courteous. The technician came and inspected my air ducts. It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the inspection and inform me that the service was unneccessary. I had a contractor come prior to this and he suggested the air duct cleaning. The technician from Service Express Home Experts was very professional, showed me the air ducts, and explained why the service was unneeded for another couple years. I really appreciated their customer service and honesty.

They said that my vents were special and they could not clean them with their tools.

Overall they did a good job, but I ended up spending more then I had expected.

They removed a duct from each plenum and took pics with a smartphone to show me. One had mildew as I had seen and the other was only dusty. They charged me $80 to clean all ducts on the dusty one and $800 on the one with mildew. They also cleaned and resealed the plenum that had exterior mildew, cleaned the outside coils on both units and replaced one rusty A/C grill, for additional charges. They put sanitizer in both units and I was not prepared for how strong that was. It diminished after a few hours. Service was good and technicians were nice and professional. If i need this again, I will call them but would schedule it so that I could leave the house with my dogs after for a few hours until the fumes dissipated.

The technicians indicated that despite the fact several years had passed the ducts were almost pristine with virtually no dust, so that no cleaning was needed. They did point out where some of the connecting duct work was taped together rather than sealed, and offered to complete the sealing for $200 minus the amount I'd already prepaid for the duct cleaning. Looking at the areas they indicated, it was clear the work needed to be done, and I agreed. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with their work and will hire them again.

I purchased a AL deal for an air duct cleaning. SE called promptly to schedule an appointment and during the call i was advised that there would be added cost because we have two AC units for our 2300 soft home. SE stated that the company would honor the AL deal for the second unit duct system. The SE team arrived at our home as scheduled. In addition to the ducts, We also requested that they clean the exhaust fans. The team serviced the ducts and advised that other work was needed, namely to clean the unit blower and to repair some air ducts which we declined. The team (and I) also missed cleaning the exhaust fan in the master bath. in spite of the miss, am pleased with the service and would use the company again. We were getting heavy dust accumulation on all of our furniture near ducts prior to the cleaning. Since then, dust levels have been reduced dramatically.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the guy was great. He was a really nice guy and I have no dislikes about him at all. I have had no issues since the service.

The deal worked out well. We had a couple of issues. They did show up 45 minutes late. Also, there was a communication breakdown between the office and technician they sent out. The person who contacted us to set up the appointment was very helpful, prompt, and professional. She worked with us on scheduling, which we liked. The technician was confused about the work he was doing and had to confirm with the main office. They remedied the issues we had and did a nice job with the cleaning. We did notice he missed some vents but he did get to them once we pointed it out. He also replaced a screw in a vent that we did not ask which was nice. We may consider using them again in the future.

Their recommendation for my 13 year old water heater was that I should replace it soon and they also gave me a quote on that. They made some recommendations during the air duct cleaning and I felt that I could do that myself. I had no problems with them.

I purchased a deal for a complete home air duct cleaning. Soon after purchasing I was contacted to schedule an appointment. Yousef showed up on time and was very friendly. He cleaned our air ducts and helped seal up a couple small leaks we had. Overall great service. Yousef was great!

Yousef exceeded my expectations and solved a big problem for us!. We moved to an old house last week and the whole family felt strong allergies due to the amount of dust accumulated in the vent system. Yousef cleaned the system very diligently and thoroughly. He also identified several leaks on the vent units which he fixed in spite of the very tight attic space we have in this one story home. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely hired them again. Yousef was very professional, efficient and very polite and pleasant.

Yousef was excellent. They arrived a little ahead of schedule. They performed the work quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. They wore booties over their shoes to prevent dirtying up our carpets. They reviewed our furnace system and pointed out things that need to be done and things that did not need to be done. They went above and beyond what was required and exceeded our expectations immensely. We will recommend to our friends and family members to use Service Express for their duct cleaning needs.

Yousef was very professional and courteous. He seemed almost apologetic that he needed to charge me more than the $79.99 to sanitize my ducts. I had read the other reviews and knew to expect an additional $800 if sanitation was required and I'd seen some black spots on a couple vents, so I had suspected mildew. Yousef took photos before and after, he even showed me some of the mildew. He pointed out that I have a lot of leaks in my old ductwork and he repaired those at no additional cost. He even replaced some of my vents with ones he had on his truck. I would definitely recommend using them again and already have!

Debated on whether or not this was going to be worth it, IT WAS. Pretty shocked with the amount of dust that built up in this duct system, house was built in 06, guess it makes sense. Before and after was impressive. Well worth the low price. I suffer from allergies, and they already seem better. Customer service was top notch, rare these days...

They quoted $800.00 to fix a "bunch of problems" that did not exsist. They ended up not cleaning. They were very unprofessional.

After the initial shock of finding out that we had a bigger issue than we had anticipated, and taking a few minutes to adjust to the increased cost of the service ($800 on top of the $79.00 deal), we decided to go ahead and do the recommended treatment. At no time did we feel that we were being scammed - my husband looked into the vent system and could see the issue for himself. The technician was very professional. He explained that the products they used were all green and no danger to us, or our pets. In addition, he replaced 4 vents at no extra cost. In hindsight we should have known that we needed more than just a cleaning, as there was black buildup on the outside of a couple of our vents. I incorrectly assumed it was just dirt or soot. In addition, they cleaned the dryer vent - finding in the process something we were unaware of - namely that the hose from the dryer had detached from the vent at some point. They also discovered an amazing array of items that our cats had "hidden" behind and under the dryer. We now know to recheck that periodically. We would definitely use them again and happy recommend them to others.

I knew there was mold in the vents and figured the vent cleaning would eliminate that problem. So at first I was disappointed when he explained it would cost so much more than vacuuming dust from the vents. Yousef explained that mold was harder to eliminate and need special solvents. He explained that the solvents were "green" and in no way harmful to people or pets. Just strong smelling. And many gallons of solvent was needed to solve my problem. I do not own my home and the cost was prohibitive, The landlord is not responsive and I knew he would not take care of the problem. I began to despair that I was stuck in an unhealthy situation. But Yousef called his office and arrangements were made that made making my home safer for me and my mother possible! He located where moisture was getting into the vents and repaired that, working in the hot attic. He removed all the vents, cleaned them, vacuumed the ducts, sprayed the solvent replaced the good vents and gave me 2 new ones he had on the truck to replace ones that remained unsightly after cleaning. The before and after pictures were impressive!! It is so much easier to breathe in my home. He covered everything that might get the debris on it and left no mess behind. He was pleasant , professional and very efficient. I am so grateful to Yousef and Service Express Home Experts Inc. for their generosity and caring response to my situation. Provider was very professional, fast, and knowledgeable. Youssef arrived on time, worked quickly, and gave me a discount for replacing all the air vent covers. He understood my needs and was concerned about the presence of mildew in the AC unit vent. All mildew was removed and entire house smells fresh. Will definitely use his service again in the near future.

I was very happy with their service. I was scheduled fast and they showed up on time. I had no idea about attic insulation since I am a single mother, and I thought that insulating the attic forces more heat to leak out of windows. The tech explained to me that adding insulation to one part of a home won't increase the "pressure" on heat losses through other parts, but poorly insulated areas will continue to be major sources of heat/cooling loss. He was very patient with my questions and respectful. He did everything very quickly and cleaned up after he was done. The prices are much better than department store insulation quotes,and i would recommend them again without hesitation.
