The men showed up on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning the duct work. I am a property manager and my tenant was very happy with the work. The best part is they didn't try to do oher work and raise the price. I would use them again anytime.

It went okay. There were no problems. They were prompt and courteous. Their service went well.

I didn't spend anything extra. They were very accommodating and very nice but when they left there was a pile of debris in my study from the duct. Honestly I think he wasn't aware of it. He was very nice and gave us some advice so I just vacuumed it up. When they do the service they only get a small portion of debris in the duct because they can't get it all out and then more debris comes out of the air conditioning when you turn it on. So what they do isn't effective. They offer the $79 deal to get more services. I don't know if anybody else has had the same experience. It's not really a deal at all.

We saw the special and we thought it seemed to good to be true. Once they came out and looked at our AC they told us it would cost $800 per unit for a total of $1600. I wish they would have just told us that up-front. We ended up calling ServPro and they did everything they offered and more for $1050.00.

The techs, Adem and Yousef showed up on time, I showed the the ducts and they showed me the mold and mildew growth in them and recommended an chemical they could use to keep the mold from returning. They checked the coil in my heater unit and said that needed cleaning as well and showed me where I had air leaks in the system. I was going to have my AC company come to check it out but they gave me a discount on the work and I accepted. They did a good job cleaning the ducts and coil and vents and sealing everything. They showed me pictures and videos of what they did so I knew they did a great job. It was more expensive then I was expecting but they did a great job and I am totally satisfied.

The service turned out well. I did have to call on one thing and they did settle that. I'm not sure how warranted the work was that they did as the guy was not certified to determine exactly what it was in the air duct. He found that the system may have gotten moisture in it as it had clumps that had built-up and that was wet. They did a good job with the dryer vent cleaning. The vent had a bird in it and we had a vent cover for it but he said that my daughter could do it when she got home and she did not want to do that so we called and they did not call back the first time but they did eventually come to put that on. The guy was very pushy. They ripped the vent hose from the dryer to the vent and they charged $20.00 to fix that as well.

It was very good. He came out and did a good job. He was very honest. I didn’t feel like it was sales. He gave various options. Then he gave a priority list of what was most important for the air duct in terms of air cleanliness perspective. So I really appreciated that information. He is a good guy and I would use him again.

They came out and informed me that I didn't need an air duct cleaning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked really well. I paid a little bit extra because there was some mold growing in a couple of the ducts that I had them clean. They also sprayed a microbacterial substance that I paid another $50 for. They came on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were fast and efficient. I would probably use them again if there is another Big Deal.

They were good. They were timely, professional, clean, and they did well. The scheduling was very easy and they contacted me to set it up. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about an hour.

Did a great job on cleaning vents and the home smells so much better. The guys were very professional. I just thought the price was WAY too much!!!!!

I was pleased that my ducts are finally clear of the mold. Very happy that they cleaned my dirty registers as well. Time will tell if the duct work they did will prevent mold in the future--as I write this, it hasn't been hot enough for extreme condensation. I was impressed with the workers who performed the job;. They worked late into the afternoon and early evening and left my house clean. Nice!

Everything went well with one exception. (See below). Showed up on time. Very polite. They looked at the ductwork and diagnosed the problem. Showed me the evidence of mildew (camera pictures of duct walls, sample of duct wall cut-out). Cleaned and treated all the major ductwork. Cut out access holes where needed to get to the duct work. Resealed all of the access holes, as well as other leaks in the ductwork. (Showed me "before and after" camera photos of the holes and cracks in the ductwork. Sprayed a biocide the the duct system. Very complete job. Worked steadily and carefully. Took about 4 hours, which is what they had estimated. The one problem concerned the UV light installation. Not sure I really wanted it, but they sold me on it. I wish I had asked more questions before they installed it. Turned out it was a very small light that is installed in a hole in the ductwork, then sealed in place. The light runs off AC power, with a plug-in power cord like a floor or table lamp. The UV light is supposed to be on all the time. When I asked about the life of the bulb, I was told anywhere from a year to 3 years. I asked how to get a replacement bulb---was told I have to go online and order. I asked how to replace the bulb---turns out you have to pull the unit from the ductwork and then reinstall it after replacing the bulb. Doesnt look like a simple job. Plus, have to monitor an indicator light on the unit to check and see if its running. Means having to climb up in the attic periodically to check---I was told every couple of months. Finally, it was obvious these guys were not electricians. They plugged the outlet in to the same circuit that serves the overhead light in the attic. When you turn the attic light off, the UV unit goes off. To leave the UV unit on all the time, you had to leave the attic light on all the time. I didnt realize this until after they left. I fixed the problem myself by locating another outlet in the attic that ran off of a separate circuit that is powered all the time, and I plugged the UV light into that outlet. In my opinion, the workmen should have realized that their original hookup wasnt the right thing to do. If I had it to do over again, I would have declined the UV light and saved several hundred dollars. Other than that, I feel like I got my money's worth from the duct cleaning. The workers did a good job with that.

Contractor arrived, inspected system, then intimated that mold was found in the system. The two technicians spent approximately 3 hours cleaning the ducts, taping over leaking areas, and treating the mold. I felt that the work was great however the price was excessive given the hours worked.

The work was so massive that it took them many hours to complete the task. I am glad to have it done and Michael was very helpful in the process.

I recommend this service provider. They were time and professional. They found some minor problems with system and made the appropriate repairs.They cleaned up after the work was completed.

We originally purchased the basic air duct cleaning service, but before they started they noticed that we had mold and needed a more intense cleaning. Before they began anything they showed my husband exactly where the mold was and explained everything they needed to do. They did not do anything before they received our permission and quoted a price for the new services. I liked that they explained everything and did not do anything without our consent. While cleaning the ducts and vents, they discovered and fixed a vent that had not been working properly and replaced others that could not be fully cleaned

I was disappointed that I was unable reach the service provider by phone and am now requesting a refund.

It didn't go too well. They were very unprofessional and they left everything messy. They left a huge, greasy handprint in my powder room. They left a bag of garbage in my garage that I guess they assumed we would dispose of for them. They used our bathroom stool in the attic, and then they just left it there. They broke an expensive crystal doorknob on my closet door without telling me, and then tried to glue it back on. I understand that accidents happen, but instead of coming to me and apologizing, they said it just fell off. Their professionalism is lacking to say the least. That being said, they did work very hard, especially with it being a very hot job up in the attic like that. Even still, I can't recommend them to anyone else.

It all went very well. They cleaned 11 air vents; all of the vents in my house. They were quick (I think the whole thing took less than an hour) and very clean. They showed me where one vent screen needed to be replaced and they put in a new AC intake screen for me (they put in a new one that I had already purchased). The two guys who came to work on my house were friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this company again.

The technicians arrived on time and were very polite and respectful. They did their preliminary inspection and took the time to explain and show me everything they found. They presented me with options to correct the problems and took time to explain everything they planned to do and why. They negotiated a fair price for the services and didn't put pressure on me to accept their recommendations. They worked very efficiently and when completed showed me all the things they had completed to insure my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves an left things neat. Before they left they made sure I had no questions. Adam even left a personal phone number in case I had a question later. I was very pleased with their work and will call them in a few years when it is time to clean the vents again.

I bought the $79 service from this company through Angie's List. I did do research, and read reviews...but had no where on their site did they mention "mold removal/treatment" and their qualifications to do such. I was told after opening unit that I had a white powdery mold, and to remove and treat that it would be an extra $800. I got up in the attic to see what they were talking about. But really did not see anything alarming. I called my A.C. service man (who doesn't do this) for advice. I told them I would pay $500. They agreed, and proceeded. When the job was done I got back up in the attic to see the cleaned areas. I was surprised at the difference, so thus, pleased. My only problem is with their advertising, and should mention that in Houston everybody has mold. At least it wasn't the black variety!

The process was just as they explained it would be. They were very thorough in their work. They changed air filters and vacuumed all the vents. They were professional dressed for the work they needed to do.
