Michael and Yousef were wonderful. They did a great job and were very personable.

We had the provider come in to do a basic duct cleaning based on the Angie's list special. First of, they tell us that the special is for one unti, we have two. Ok fine, we just doubled our costs. Then the provider spent about 30 min gaving us the hard sell on having our entire unit serviced and sealed. Gave the whole strong sales pitch and illustrated how dirty the ducts and vents were. OK, perhaps they need a cleaning. Then came the price tag, $1300 to clean both the upstairs and downstairs! This seemed excessive so I asked how long it would take to complete the job, they said about 2 hours. So if i do the math, 2 people for 2 hours should cost maybe $200 in labor. That leaves $1100 for the supplies/chemicals they used to clean the ducts and vents and the profit. I dont buy for one minute the cleaning solutions cost over 1K per house so basically it was a rip-off. We did have them do the basic cleaning, but i can't tell any difference. I would not recommend this company.

There were no troubles with scheduling and their professional was outstanding. They cleaned all of our our vents through the deal. They did a great job! Everything was fine.

They came out to my house and cleaned out the air ducts as described in the special promotion. They charge me another an additional $80.00 because I have two units they had to clean and only paid for 1 through Angie's list. I'm satisfied with the service they offered and will hire them again!

It went well. They were on time, professional and very courteous. They also did a very nice job cleaning up after themselves which I appreciated. There was definitley some up-selling going on but in the end we were able to reach what I believe to be a fair price on a couple of additional items.

The technicians Mike Moeller and Yousef were very professional. They explained the procedure. After cleaning the ducts they noticed a small amount of fungus in my duct line and I agreed to allow them to sanitize and deodorize the line.

They came out and cleaned all of the air ducts. There were no problems.

They were great! Found mold in the A/C evaporator coils in the attic. I never would have known. They gave me a thorough write up that I could provide to the landlord to request the unit be cleaned. I cannot imagine living with that moldy A/C for the entire year. They were great!

We purchased A/C duct cleaning from email Angie's Big Deal. I did not hear from the provider until 7/31/2014. The service was to provided on 8/1/2014. The provider called the evening before they were to arrive and we were not available for service on 8/1/14 so we agreed to reset the appointment for Monday 8/4/2014. To date we have not heard from the provider. I no longer wish to have this service performed.

I was not happy with their service. They cleaned my air ducts, but did not do a very good job, and left a lot of dusty mess. They did not cover anything while they were cleaning the vents. I called them to ask them come back to redo the work, and they said that they would come fix it, but they never showed up.

Went very well. Highly recommended.

Hello, The techs came and said they cannot do the work since they see some mold. I had a second opinion and the mildew/mold from condensation is at the main unit box and this cleaning of the box is included in their duct cleaning, as per the national duct cleaning guideline. Their quote to clean was $2000 which I learned is outrageous.

They were two hours late owing to issues at a previous client. Called twice to inform me once that they would be late and once when they were on their way with an estimated time of arrival. They did offer to come the next day, if it was more convenient. Stayed until the job was done which was around 8:00 pm. Were careful and professional. All around great experience.

Guys were polite and professional. Arrived an time and were respectful of my home. Did the job they were paid to do without trying to up sale.

The company informed us that we had mold and gave us a ridiculous price to treat. We called in Stanley Steemer who did it for a tenth of the price.

Glad I had the service done.

Based on an Angie's List special offer, I paid for Service Express to clean my air ducts. The offer states "Whole House Air Duct Cleaning" for $79.00. I paid for the service and selected three service dates as they asked. I received a note that said those dates were not available and I was scheduled for another date. I tried to reply that was an acceptable time but when I went to the link the website hung up so I did not know if they had received it or not. On the day that I thought service was scheduled I called 3 times to confirm with no response. I went on the Angie's list website and had another message from them that it had been rescheduled to the next day. After those 3 phone calls and one email I finally got a confirmation. The tech arrived about an hour late. The techs were courteous and performed the job just fine. It took about 2 hours. Upon arrival however, he asked how many "units" I had. He meant A/C units. It is an additional $79.99 for another unit although they did not do anything to the units. They cleaned the ducts from the vents in the house. I checked the offer online and it does mention additional "units" in the very fine print but does not explain that means A/C units. I wrote a check for the additional $79.00 but the check left it on the cabinet. I am now in the process of trying to get their address to mail the check. I do not stay logged on to Angie's list all the time so there should be a better way to communicate with customers than the AL website, preferably directly with the customer via email. I have generally had good luck with Angie's list contractors but not this one.

A+ In the future I have had numerous service companies come out and have been taken full advantage of, so I was very cautious. With these guys, not the case!! They were extremely helpful, informative and all of the above. It has been only 15 min since they left and it already smells 10 times better in here. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great job guys :-)

It was a rocky start. I purchased duct cleaning service for my newly purchased home through Angie's List. We went back and forth with several emails trying to set up the appointment and the office wouldn't answer the phone, but we finally got it worked out. Then they were a NO SHOW, NO CALL for the original appointment on Sunday morning. I had to contact them through Angie's List and got a call on Monday morning. I was at work when MICHAEL came out on Wed so he called to tell me there was mold in the duct work that required full remediation. He was very thorough in explaining the need for treatment and the process and while I understand the need for treatment and I was going to tell him to do it anyway, I felt as though he was trying to guilt me into having the remediation work done because he kept stressing that the situation wasn't good for a member of my family with a health condition and it wasn't good for my allergies, DUH! Anyway, we scheduled the appointment for the remediation the following Tuesday. He called on Monday asking to change the appointment to Wednesday. So there was a lot of issues with scheduling, but the work was completed satisfactorily and he through in some extras for all of the inconveniences. My A/C had frozen up in between his visits and had just started working the day before he came out. So he cleaned the coils and a few other things. Michael is a talker, a little to much for my taste since we were always communicating while I was at work which interfered with my work, but I guess that's better than someone who doesn't bother explaining anything. Three months later, I called Service Express to come out to my place of employment for an estimate on duct cleaning. On September 9, 2014, Adam and Yousef came out and did the estimate. They were also very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, how and why. When I told them the guy that came to my house talked way to much, they looked at each other and said "must've been Mike". Anyway, they provided the estimate of what needed to be done but did not explain why it needed to be done. I tried to call the office to request a detailed explanation for the property owner who I am trying to get to pay for the work. No one will answer the phone. I emailed through Angies List, got a response that someone would get back to me. That was Monday, today is Friday. I just emailed again. UPDATE - Tonya called thanking me for my email. They discovered a clitch in their phone system. Service Express performed the work at my office Saturday, 11/15/2014, satisfactory as far as I know. I paid for the service on Monday, 11/17/2014 with a credit card. I'm having trouble getting a receipt out of them so I can complete my expense report. It's been 3 weeks. I will add more later, if/when work is completed.

The techs were great. Very helpful and informative. They found some mold in one of the plenum boxes and cleaned that out for us. After seeing that they recommended the UV lights and based on recommendations from family members, I went with the install. That was were most of the cost. There was no push for this or any other services which I liked. I would have them out again in a couple of years for another round of cleaning.

The crew was very professional and we worked out a deal for other services at no extra charge...

Mike and his helper (sorry I can't remember his name) did a great job. I purchased a special for air duct cleaning that I saw on Angies List. I did not relizing (since I've never had this done) that it didn't include the units themself. I asked Mike if he could take a look. Mike did an inspection and highly recommended the units be cleaned also. I had just bought this house and it had been a rent house for many years prior to me purchasing it. I knew it had not been cleaned due to the amount of mold I found on the vents when I took them off to clean them after moving in. Mike and his helper did a wonderful job and I will have them out again.

I was very happy. They did very good job. I wish they had clearer in the deal about what it included. We had to buy an extra deal to get all of the work done.

It went well. Adam showed up a few minutes early and went right to work. He told me the "dirt" in my vents was actually mildew and the simple cleaning he was hired to do was not going to take care of my problem. He said he would clean and remove the mildew for$ 800.00 I don't know if that is a good price becasue I didn't shop it. One thing that did bother me was we paid for the $79.00 cleanning but that wasn't credited on the invoice becasue that was "seperate" as Adam explained. So I will check my American Express acount. Overall I am satisfied with my experince and would hire them again

Cleaned air ducts and plenum chambers for 2 circuits, up stairs and and down stairs. There was evidence of mold at various locations throughout the systems. Sprayed anti-bacteria to help prevent recurrence. Also cleaned excess mold inside and outside of 6 vents.
