Tried to upsell. Not too pleased.

The cleaning was fine. However, they found mold in some of the ducts so I had to pay extra for remediation which was pricey. The technician and his assistant were both very nice. The assistant put a vent cover on backwards and the airflow wasn’t coming out of the vent. We called them and they came right out to fix it. I would shop around for better pricing before I use them again.

I had this provider out for an air duct cleaning for a new (old) house I've purchased. I knew the system would likely need more than air duct cleaning. Service Express took care of the other issues at the same time, and understood that I couldnt do everything all at once (financially) so they built a plan to get me started and ensure the system was clean. Very pleased with the service provided.

Guys showed up right on time and were done quickly with no muss and no fuss. They told me the vents were pretty clean already and did not try and upsell me into something else I did not need. I would use this service provider again.

It went very well. They did a good job and I was satisfied with the service. We ended up doing the pay service for that, but then we needed to do some remediation for molds so they charged a little bit more for that. They were knowledgeable and professional in the mannerisms.

It was a little pricey, but overall it was good. He was just upfront about the cleaning. I paid extra because he found molds so he had to disinfect it. He was just very professional and thorough.

They were courteous and quick and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely call again.

Their diagnoses were helpful, and the work was very well done. They were very open about the work that needed to be done, showing me the problem areas and how they'd recommend fixing them. The showed up early, worked hard, and cleaned up their mess when they were done, vacuuming any areas that got debris on it.

I purchased the deal and have not heard from the company so I called Angie's List for a contact phone number.

Two men came into my home telling me they couldn't do the work I paid for but wanted $2000 to do blah blah blah. I said no and then they wanted $700 to spray some mold retardant and I said no so they agreed to clean the boxes in attic, which my husband observed, and we paid them $200 which they had me make out to them. They left and went immediately to cash my check. I complained to the owner who assured me he was going to refund the amount paid to Angie's List but no check has been received.

This location was a reposition unit completely ignored by filthy previous owners and needed a complete makeover. This vendor was chosen based upon previous Angie?s List recommendations. I was not disappointed. They arrived as scheduled and performed a complete review. They gave me options for additional work they recommended. They then completed the work within two hours. At all times they were professional and courteous. Would definitely use again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was awesome. They communicated very well. I had them do some extra work so there were additional charges. They did a very thorough job. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The price was fine. It was a good deal. He was late but he was working alone that days because of some problems and he apologized profusely. I would definitely use them again.

I was not happy with it. I do not think they are very professional and did not do a very good job. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in a couple of hours. I had to pay additional because they said I had mildew in the vents. I know they did not do a good job because a serviceman came out later for our furnace and said they did not do a good job. They did show up on time.

We asked fro Refund but still have not seen it.

Two technicians came and opened up my air ducts. They said that they air ducts don't look too bad, except for that there was some mold growing. If they cleaned it, it would spread the mold all over the home, so they suggested I get mold remediation instead of getting air ducts cleaned. They said they would be able to do that, along with air duct cleaning. They were very pleasant and I would consider using them in the future for the mold remediation. They put a lot of effort into cleaning up my home before they left.

The two people that showed up were very proactive and thorough. They cleaned all my vents and everything looks really good! Their prices are fair and I’d use them again.

Very professional and courteous. He gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before scheduled arrival to confirm time. The tech was very honest and didn't try to sell us anything or push additional products or services. We inquired about other home maintenance and cleaning services, and he gave an honest evaluation and written estimate without obligation for us to purchase. We will definitely use this company in the future. As a matter of fact, we will discontinue use of another very popular company that we have done business with for a couple of years and use Service Home Express because of their honesty, professionalism and expertise.

They showed up on time and were very nice and explained the procedure. Once they inspected the duct work they determined I really didn't need a clean and recommended the sanitizer instead. they were not pushy with any extras and explained in detail the service recommended and why.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They completed the work in about an hour. It was a good experience.
