They were very nice and courteous, but they didn't clean my carpet very well. I had to have someone come out a week later to clean the carpets. I will not be using this company again.

We believe what they did was necessary and effective, but it obviously cost quite a bit more than planned. So far, no sign of mold returning to the air vents.

It was an awesome experience from their team and I was not expecting such a truthful and honest work. Mr. Adam from Service Express Home Experts, Pearland, TX looked into our airducts and told that it does not need cleaning for now as there is no dirt inside. He even showed me couple of pictures and I was surprised by his honest behavior instead of the regular 'bait & switch' what is seen from other companies. They spent more than hour to inspect everything and recommended to clean the evaporator coil and not air ducts. Very polite, punctual and sincere tech team! Has even agreed to honor the same service whenever needed using the same voucher. In a way we are happy that our ducts are still clean, but will surely use their service next time when its time for cleaning! Good job guys.. Thank you very much! Suraj George Pearland, TX

Since I had 2 units and the $79 charge was for one, I agreed to pay 2 X $79. They were very responsive and gave me different options for the future. They did what they said, when they said, and for the price they said.

Service was very good. They were very responsive and even called to show up early. The took are with the area and the house and explained everything well. They did not try to up sell services I didn't need and they also provided some tips on air filters. Very good experience in every way. The only thing that could have made it better was for them to better emphasize that they do recommend spraying the sanitizer after they clean the vents, which is an extra charge. Still, this wasn't a big deal and was within limits of the described deal. A+ provider.

It was excellent, however I determined that I do not need the service.

It was fine. They came over and were on time. They did a good job. They didn’t stay there all day. They let me know that the ducts were pretty much clean and safe. They cleaned up the rest of it. They were pretty nice, pleasant fellows. The big deal price was $79.99. There were no additional charges. They did their job just as promised. With regard to price, I wouldn't know how to compare. The quality was good.

They did what they said they were going to do. There are some things they cannot look at (like inside your furnace). I was expecting them to do that.

The service went well. I paid an additional fee for them do a complete cleaning on the ducts. One technician came out and completed the work in about a couple hours. He was very professional and did a good job. It was the first time I had the ducts cleaned and the service seemed to work very well. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

We scheduled them to blow the foam into our walls. Three days before the appointment, they called to let us know that they didn’t have foam, which put us behind schedule with the permits and the inspectors. They were polite about it and they credited the foam and did the ceiling insulation instead. It seemed like an issue with the supply chain.

I was told on the phone when scheduling the appointment that the dryer vent cleaning was included for only vent ducts of five feet or less. However, the additional charge for longer dryer vent ducts would be minimal. When the workmen arrived, they said it would cost $149 extra to clean my dryer vent. I said no, that I would get other estimates. They then lowered the price to $99. I did not agree with this attempt to charge me so much money, particularly after the Angie's ad had not mentioned length and, most importantly, the scheduler on the phone had indicated a minimal additional charge but paid it anyway to get it done. Why did they reduce the price when I said that I planned to get other estimates? Then they looked at my AC/furnace and told me that the coils were very dirty and needed cleaning, plus, mold was growing and it all needed to be cleaned and disinfected for an additional $600. Hadn't I noticed a bad smell? No. When I again said that I would get estimates, the price was dropped to $450. I said no. I then had two AC companies come to inspect my system, both of whom said my system's coils were not viewable or accessible. No one could even tell if they were dirty, and the coils could not be reached to clean them anyway. I would never use this company in the future and was relieved when they finished cleaning all the ducts and were gone.

Everything turned out well. The service was easy to schedule, they were personable and professional, and they didn't make a mess while doing the work.

Given the deal of $99, service provided was adequate, but at the completion of job, carpet was wetter than I would expect. They also had to connect to my water hose, where as, other carpet cleaners are all "self contained".

They told me it would take a full day, but it only took a couple of hours so I questioned if they did everything they promised. They took pictures up there for me.

I ordered the service on Angle's List. They contacted me within 48 hours to setup an appointment. They showed up promptly on the appt. date. As they went from room to room they showed me exactly what needed to be done and how they were doing. They were very professional and I would use them again.

It was really good. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The way they explained it is going to help me in the long run. I was pleased with the service.

Did not try to over sell anything. Fireplace was cleaned great.

I was very pleased. I had two coupons. They were quick and efficient. They did a good job.

They can in and introduced themselves- - - Put on shoe covers and then went into the attic to inspect! Came down and explained what they saw and the conditions of the ducts, coil and plennam ? They said all looked god but they would recommend the ultra violent light to help cut down on allergens and mold! We agreed and the work was completed. Professional and courteous!

I love this company! They traveled from Pearland to Richmond TX to service my home. They were honest about the service that we did not need, and were a tremendous company to work with.

It was fine, but it was another up sell. I think I ended up $250 additional for that one. The air duct cleaning was done, but the up sell thesis for some disinfectant that they said there was really no point in cleaning if I was not going to disinfect the system as well, so just basically disinfect it. I really didn't know if it had been done or not. The responsiveness was very good because the lady I dealt with was very good. I had to cancel the night before because I had to go and meet at my daughter's school that came out of nowhere. She rescheduled me right away for the next week. They were good with the scheduling. They were on time.

I could tell that Michael and Yousef were professionals from the very first phone call. They were both very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. With the heat on in my house, it seemed like there was some kind of dust or something like that, that was irritating to the eyes and breathing passages, causing my wife to sneeze a lot and myself to feel dried out with my breathing passages irritated. After the treatment, PROBLEM SOLVED. The treatment cost more than what I would have hoped for, but the guys were very fair, they did not charge for a few things that they could have and the original cost of the discount coupon was deducted form the total bill. They gave me some excellent professional advice on what to do next, ( how to take care of things). They wore booties on their shoes, and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

Company arrived on time and were very professional. Very nice company and I would definitely use them again.!

I made the appointment and was scheduled for today from 0900-1100 and was told the tech would call me the morning of the appointment. When I made the appointment, I asked the secretary (who was VERY nice) about the 5' dryer vent max and she said she would have a tech call me with the pricing. She said that "Adam" (I think) would call, but that Mike would be my tech. Adam called back within 10 min and gave me pricing for runs longer than 5 feet. At around 9 this morning, no one had called or showed up. So, I called the number and Adam answered. He remembered my call earlier in the week. I told him no one had called for this morning's appointment. He said he would have someone call me back. After about 10 min, I got a call back from a man with an accent who asked me if my appointment was today (not a good start) and then stated that "the secretary is out today" and when I told him I was told that Mike was supposed to be my tech, he said, "I thought Mike was still out of town." He then said, "Let me call you back." That was two hours and twenty-four minutes ago. It is 11:34 am as i write this. I have called Angie's List and requested a refund and to cancel this appointment. Horrible waste of my time. UPDATE 1/6/15 The secretary from the company called and took full responsibility for the foul-up. She simply forgot and I believe her. So, for that reason, I have upgraded them from an F to a "D" - UPDATE 1/10/15 Had them come out and clean just the dryer vent. Crew was very polite and got the job done... upgraded them to a "B"

He came out to do an estimate for insulation and was running very late. He did call to let me know he would be a little late but actually 3 hours past window. He was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. But my big deal of five hundred dollars of insulation for $129.00 didn't seem to add up. I had a prior estimate from another company for $200.00 less with no Angie deal. Appears to be just a way to gain business and not a true deal. The old adage of looks to good to be true still applies. I have decided to Do It Yourself.
