Tonya was my initial contact in the company, she was knowledgeable and efficient to book me. I was initially interested in the deal offered for the vents cleaning, but after arrival of the technician we realized that a more deep cleaning and sanitation was required. The job took 3h to be completed with no problem.

They were out a year ago and did some work on the first ducts on the smaller unit. This time they dealt with the larger units. I have gnats and we are trying to figure out where they are coming from. I had some mold in my ducts. Price is A because other people would charge me more. Quality is B because I'm not sure if everything is done. Everyone is friendly and nice. My experience with the company is very good so far. Communication has been very good. They are responsive, friendly and they know what they're doing.

The team of two was excellent and called in extra help on a supremely hot (110 degree) day to be able to complete in four hours. The vents had not been addressed for many years and needed thorough cleaning. They removed the vent covers, pressure washed and sprayed them with disinfectant. They pointed out that previous a.c. servicing had left an incomplete job and offered to seal the system that was leaking (in a moderate fashion) and causing moisture to form around the open seal. Rather than charge us for a complete revamp of previous work, they encouraged us to wait for a couple of weeks to see if the cleaning of our ducts might result in a drying of the area before requesting new work be done unnecessarily. P.S. To attest to how hot it was, one workman accidentally left his company shirt in our attic, along with a cleaning brush. Attic was extremely hot and I do not blame them in the least. Come by to pick up.

Dryer vent cleaning was performed and was performed well. I was told that they could not perform the AC duct cleaning because it required treatment for mold, which would have to be scheduled at another time for additional cost. They said they would call with an updated price and I never heard a word nor did i receive a refund for the part of the deal that they did not complete.

They needed to clean not only the dry vent but the vent to the house. Was very efficient. On website they had said house vent was extra so wasn't suprised.

Service technician Adam was on time called 30 minutes prior to arriving knew exactly what he was doing very professional moved washer and dryer cleaned vent thoroughly and replaced all equipment back to its original place. cleaned up after himself and did it all within an hour very professional I would highly recommend these guys anytime.

After 7 years in our home we knew we needed to have the ducts looked at. Fearing the worst- we called for service. Michael and JT came out- inspected everything: registers, ducts and the main unit in the Attic. He showed me areas of concern and offered solutions- much to our surprise there was the expected amount of build up and no other concerns. A good cleaning of the duct and registers was done and the area sprayed with disinfectant to prevent any mold or other growth. The guys were professional and friendly and offered suggestions and answered all questions. I would recommend them highly and plan on setting up a maintenance schedule

Ducts did not require cleaning. However, they were able to clear out lint build up in the dryer vent successfully. They suggested routine service so dryer does not get damaged.

Bait and switch on the $79 offer. I contacted them about the $79 offer to clean all vents and dryer vent. Arranged appointment for 9 AM and around 10 AM the guy called and said he's heading over and will be there by 10:45 AM. He finally shows up at 11:45 AM and then takes a look at the vents and saids they're no good and deal won't apply. So he goes into attic and looks around and saids it's going to be $750 to clean everything up. Bait and switch, not what we signed up for so we sent him on his way.

mike and jesse came to my residence and were prompt, courteous, and polite. they showed proof of all issues with the A/C system and what needed to be cleaned, and did an amazing job. Mike was extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of his job and provided ample help in finding out the best route to go considering our budget. would hire again and definitely will.

Mike and Jesse arrived on time and ready to work. They went through and inspected each vent as well as the a/c units outside and duct work in the attic. Before they started the work Mike explained what needed to be done and made a few recommendations. He went over price and how long it would take to complete the job. Both were accurate and fair. Once the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the work Mike and Jesse did.

Was supposed to be batting. However, they never came by to inspect ahead of time as they said they would. When they did come to do the job, they changed their minds and decided to do blow in insulation. Had to reschedule. Then they let me know that they could not make it on the day of the job. Had to reschedule again. Once started, it went well.

Overall, I would say it went very well. Tanya called me right back after I left a message and she explained what would be covered by the Angie's list offer but what was nice is that she also explained what would NOT be covered so that there would be no unpleasant surprises. She scheduled a technician to come the next day between 2 and 4. The technician was a no show and I had to call the office only to find out that he had car problems and wouldn't be able to make it that day. She apologized for the fact that she was not aware of the no show. The rescheduled appointment was for between 9 and 11 the next day and the technician Mike called me 30 min before arriving and was at the house waiting for us exactly on time! Pretty impressive for a Saturday morning. He introduced himself and his assistant, Jessie and took an initial look at the duct work and reported that they were in very good shape (pleasant surprise!) and that he didn't think we needed to have the system cleaned but he would still check to see if there was anything else. Given we just purchased the house and didn't know the maintenance history of the system, we thought it was a good idea. He did find some mildew in 2 of the vents and noticed that the coil in the attic was quite dirty and should be cleaned and disinfected. Given this was outside of the initial scope of the visit, he provided a written estimate of what needed to be done. What was nice is that he was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about his profession and took the time to answer all of our questions. He gave us some options depending on how long we planned to keep the home and a price range of what different services might cost. Mike was very friendly, professional and trustworthy. He cleaned 2 of the vents without asking for a deposit and came back on Monday to finish the job and collect payment. Although we spent more than we were planning on based on what we thought we needed, he gave us comfort that the work we had done would suffice for a while. We didn't have time to shop around so just went with the prices from Service Master which I assume are competitive. Mike went above and beyond by noting some issues in the work done by previous workers and offered us cost effective ways of remedying them. I would highly recommend Mike and Jessie from Service Express. To be honest, I was rather put out at the no show and no phone call for the initial visit and was going to call another company but Mike and Jessie stepped up so we plan to be loyal customers.

Quicker than I thought it would and they did a lot more than I thought, including deoderizing, anti-bacteria and disinfectant on 16 vent openings.
