I pre-paid through Angie's List for have my Air ducts cleaned. The workers informed me that I also needed $400 plus dollars worth of additional work. I went ahead and had them do the work but I probably should have waited and researched the additional problems.

A team of two examined all vents and ducts, gave me a clear explanation of what the Angie's List deal covered, what they could throw in at no extra cost, and a good estimate of remaining work that they recommended. It was a good experience; very professional.

They showed up on time for the $79 duct cleaning special. Initial inspection quickly revealed leaks and mold. Adam quickly provided an estimate to take care of the problems and, upon my agreeing to the estimate, got to work. Gilbert and Adam were professional and efficient. They were done in just a few hours. Everything seems to be good at this point. Great to work with for sure.

Service was great but I was a bit turned off by the immediate upsell attempts. We were told that the heating A/C vents were already clean and in good condition, so that part of the service was not necessary. The dryer vent was desperately in need of cleaning which was quite obvious to me, but the special only included the first 5 feet of dryer vent. Since the dryer was vented out through the roof of the home, the roof mounted unit needed cleaning also so there was a significant extra charge for that service. They service men highly recommended an A/C condenser mold prevention service ( the unit was less than one year old ) and they also recommended installation of an ultra-violet unit for long-term mold prevention. This upsell would have been an additional $400 which we declined.

Got off to a rough start, but the company made an effort to make things right and provided additional services for no extra cost. There were a few times that i tried to reschedule the service and the techs were late, but after our initial problems, they did keep in contact and came out on a Sunday to get the work done.

Mike and Nick arrived at the time we previously arranged. Mike was very knowledgable and offered several other tips beyond the original call purpose. He went above and beyond the expected service call and I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience. They arrived early and waited until I got home from work (probably a half hour or so) The original job was to clean all the air ducts which was an Angie's list special for $79.00. I just had a complete new air conditioning and heating system installed and my air conditioning man suggested that I have that done. While here the gentleman (sorry I lost his name) suggested that with a new system I should have an ultra violet light installed to keep the system from ever growing mold. I had the work done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned.

It went very well. I recommend them highly. Great materials used and can see the difference in the energy bill now.

totally dress free. He cleaned from the attic access and the only piece of equipment we saw was the high powered machine necessary to clean the ducts. The technician was polite, efficient and speedy. we definitely will use this servie company again.

The representative was on time, and still provided a quality service even though our air ducts were already clean.

We purchased a home from previous tenants that had several family members and pets, therefore we wanted to have the air vents/ducts cleaned to reduce pet dander, improve air quality, etc. The team arrived on time both days. First day they cleaned the air ducts and coils, sanitized, etc. They showed my husband the insulation areas that were extremely low or missing. My husband agreed to have them come back and do the insulation as well as install the UV light. The team was friendly and professional. Only problem I had was that they disconnected our cable in the attic and I didn't notice until later that evening.

The servicemen from Service Express Home Experts were extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and recommend services that were within my budget.

Michael and Dick did a very professional job. They vacuumed the entire house upon completion of the air duct cleaning. We were very pleased with their work.

Mostly went well. I have some ducts in attic of the 2nd floor that were not cleaned but they did clean the vents in the 2nd floor. I felt like they should have cleaned all the duct work and sprayed all of it with the deoderizer and sanitizer. The main man was very nice and worked hard. When I called to ask about the duct work, he returned my call but we never were able to talk as we missed each others calls. He cleaned the drier duct. Polite and easy to communicate with them.

I had the company come out for a basic cleaning. Upon inspecting the air ducts, it was discovered that we had horrible mold in one of the systems due to inadequate insulation. They cleaned the ducts, sanitized everything, power washed the vents, and resealed all open areas.

They were on time, professional and explained everything they were doing and looking for.

They did very well. I was very happy with them. They came out within a matter of days after the deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. The vents themselves probably had been in the house since it was built. We found out from them that they were in very bad shape and really needed to be replaced. Frankly, I was very grateful to them for letting us know because when they're up overhead I can't reach them. We went and bought new vents in. We're getting them put in. We've been absolutely satisfied with them. As far as I know, the price was good. It may not be the best price. But, you know what, the cheapest price is not always the best service. They got it, they got their business done and they got out. They were very friendly and very professional. They were within the timeframe that they gave us.

I checked my message box and my appointment is on April 24th between 1-2p. So, I called them and they could not confirm that we had spoke to schedule that appointment. They admitted to mistakenly speaking with someone else with the same name and in the same neighborhood as me. The lady mentioned a Sunday, April 26th appointment which does not work for me. Instead of offering me another date she said, "You can just call Angie's List back and get a refund."

They ended up having to charge me about $700 for additional services. They basically said they would do the cleaning and throw in the mold protection and other stuff. I said that was fine so that is what they did; they finished that service. They were all very professional and did a good job. I was not expecting to get hit with an additional $700 bill.

Representative showed up on time and proceeded to inspect and clean the ductwork. There was a lot of damage to some of the ducting and the plenum needed to be taken apart and treated for mold. They called me with the additional cost estimate and I gave them the go-ahead to proceed. The work took about 2 hours and the ducting looks absolutely wonderful. I will definitely call this company again when I need ductwork cleaned; they are polite, thorough and prompt.

I purchased this deal to get my air ducts cleaned as I have been noticing a fine black dust on my appliances and furniture. Adam checked my ducts, and AC box (I don't remember the exact term for the box). He said the box was probably the source of the black dust as my ducts had been cleaned a year earlier and were not that dirty but the box had some mold in it. He told me about the UV sanitizing light and I asked him to install it. He was very informative and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my problem. I have noticed a big difference in the air quality in my home and would definitely recommend Adam at Service Express Home Experts Inc. to my friends and family.

They stayed nearly 8 hours on the job and they gave discounts to try to keep prices reasonable.They were very thorough, professional, and courteous. They explained very clearly to me what needed fixing and showed me the problems. They showed me things that they thought didn't need fixing. I felt that they were not trying to expand the job unnecessarily. Their work was done impeccably and I felt that my AC was in great shape after they left. Our dryer vent was filled with lint and a true fire hazard. They threw in this service free of charge. I would gladly use them again.
