I was told I needed to have all of the ducts done and was not prepared for that. I wanted 5 ducts done and he said I needed all of them done or I would have a worst-case scenario. I feel like he was scaring me into doing all of the ducts. I was not happy at all. He came up with a nearly $2,000 bill and I said I couldn’t afford that. He did not do any of the duct cleaning except the dryer duct and a hole repair.

It went smoothly. He was not pushy at all (which is becoming rare nowadays with these kind of home services). They showed up on time and got to work quickly. They were very polite. I would use them again in the future.

Service man ended up doing entire dryer vent cleaning services and was nice and offered to reconnect my dryer vent for me which was nice for him to offer.

They came out but would not clean my air ducts. They said they were too old. They were only interested in getting me to get new ducts instead so I cancelled the purchase.

They told me my system had mold and they up-sold mold treatment. They sprayed white paint over the black mold. Their vacuum was weak. They made my wife very scared. They couldn’t tell me what type of mold we had. I would not recommend them.

I had another company over and they wanted over $400 . Mike said my system was clean. He did suggest that it bee sanitized. I did that service. This is the kind off company that is rare today in America. I believe that God will bless mike,patrick and service express.

Everything went great. I bought one deal online from Angie's list and they did my second unit for the same price. They also advised me on some things I needed to have checked out in my AC unit that I was unaware of, even after a recent inspection.

At the end of the day the ducts and vents are as clean as they should be. They did a good job of removing dust, dirt and mold.

The team arrived on time and set up very quickly. They spent about an hour cleaning my air ducts. They were very polite and very professional. They made some suggestions to improve circulation around the house and improve efficiency. The suggestions were made as part of the review of the service with no sales pressure.

Service Express called shortly after I emailed them to schedule service. Mike an Nick showed up on time and were professional and courteous at all times. They never acted without getting prior approval. They never tried to "upsell" me, always explaining the reason behind a recommendation. It is hard to believe that in this day and age contractors often treat women as though we are incapable of understanding things like air ducts and microbes, but they do so more often that I'd like to admit. I don't give repeat business to companies that exhibit that kind of attitude. Mike, the lead communicator, never showed any sign of this kind of attitude, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Mike and Nick completed the work in a timely manner, explained the kind of maintenance that would be recommended, cleaned up after themselves, and thanked me for my business. I will definitely use this company again.

I purchased the Angie's Deal for complete air duct system cleaning with unlimited vents. They were timely and professional. Also quoted several other services including duct work that came back much lower than other quotes received. Very happy with the service and will certainly use again!

I haven't had the work done yet but I will hire him because of how he handled himself in pricing the job and what he did and wasn't paid for, a person of integrity.

Part of my kitchen ceiling collapsed from a small leak in my roof. The contractor that repaired the ceiling did not do insulation. I used a big deal from Service Express Home Experts. They did an excellent job in a short time. They were friendly and easy to work with. The job was completed in about a half an hour. I'm very happy with the work and will use them again if the need arises.

This went very well. Techs were amazing. Covered everything and vacumed dirt after they were done. They even did a final walk through to make sure all the vents were installed back.

all went alright. i ordered something that was supposed to cost $79, but when vendor showed he shared that he clean some of the duct work due to duct work type....upon his recommendation i got it replaced.

The service provider Micheal was very thorough. He pointed out mold issues and air leak issues to us and he and his assistant, Dick spent 7 hours at our house completely sanitizing and cleaning our vents. We can definitely feel and see a difference in the quality of air at our house. My husband and I were very impressed with Michael knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism.

They did an okay job and tried to upsell us on a few things. They were on time as well as clean and neat.

The original appointment was for a $80 vent and duct cleaning - for our vent system, which was very old and under-maintained for at least a decade. Michael and his assistant did an initial survey and told us a lot of what we already knew, there was visible bacterial growth, the air system was not in good shape, and the attic was under-insulated. It was scheduled for the afternoon, but they called the morning-of and offered to come in early because they had a cancellation with their morning client. I originally got the coupon not only for the cleaning, but to also see what they would say - which lined up pretty much with what I thought they would say. They gave a rundown of suggested fixes and Michael was pretty thorough about answering questions and explaining everything. After everything was tallied up he added a senior citizens discount because it's my mother's house and she was going to foot the bill. There was a long list of individualized items, but everything seem sensibly priced and relevant. He also was kind enough to throw in an extra UV bulb and walk me through instructions on when and how to replace it. After the job was finished, he said to leave the air off for a day to let the joint compound cure correctly. When I was able to turn the air back on, the AC didn't turn on. Luckily technician gave me his personal number on the receipt and I was able to immediately reach him about getting them to take a look to see if they accidentally disconnected something. It took them a while to fit me in their busy schedule and a few visits, because the house is so old and had enough patch-jobs that some things were not correctly labeled. But, all is well now. Besides that hiccup at the end, everything about the service was great.

Michael and his partner were very professional, called 30 minutes prior to arrival, were right on time. They explained everything as they went along. I was very impressed with their hard work and would definitely hire them again.
