First let me say that Mike and Molly were amazing. They were professional and informative and we felt very comfortable with the service they would provide. Not only did it stand up to their "A" rating but Mike will be coming back to help us with a problem we didn't initially know how to solve. They worked quickly and cleaned up behind themselves in such a thorough way that even my husband was surprised...I didn't have to do anything after they left. I would definitely hire them again...and have Mike'll be back next week :) I know you can't always trust reviews but I'm a hard person to please and I have a history of experiencing poor customer service but having Service Express ... particularly Mike and Molly ... was one of the best decisions I've made as it pertains to providers working in this newly purchased home. I think it went well and it was fine. That service wasn't what I was looking for.

It was okay. They made it out when they said they were going to come out.

Even though we had the vents cleaned last year, following all the rain earlier this year, our vents were dirty again. We had developed some bad allergies and there was a damp smell coming from a couple of the vents. We used Service Express last year so I contacted them and set up an appointment. They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job cleaning all vents and our ac unit upstairs. Michael (tech) gave us an excellent recommendation for an additional UV light, which keeps mold and bacteria away longer. It has only been a week but our allergies are just about completely gone now. There is no longer a damp smell coming from the vents nor can I smell the cooking aromas from the kitchen upstairs anymore. It took them about 4.5 hours and the prices was more than fair. Michael also cleaned the dryer vent without charge. We used a coupon and we received a great discount. I would highly recommend this company every time.

Mike and Yousef did a great job, not only they cleaned the ducts thoroughly but also spent hours sealing a lot of leaks. Very professional and passionate about their job. Price was very competitive vs other providers. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Michael and his team were exceptional! They worked hard all day long, removing the old ducts and replacing the new ones with the UV lighting. They cleaned everything up as they proceeded. I really believed this helped sell my house FAST, as not only the buyer of my house, but their inspector as well, were impressed with the job! My house was over 30 years old, and I could not believe the difference it made, and the new owners LOVED the UV lighting which kills bacteria, mold, viruses, allergens, etc. (Only $350.00 extra for the UV lighting, and well worth it as you never have to have the ducts cleaned again! Also, Service Express had a 2 year warranty on their work.) I also called Michael several days afterwards to check on a vent rattling noise, and he did so quickly, and it was resolved. Michael as well as the other employees are delightful people to work with, and this is one of the best companies that I have hired from Angie's List, and worth the membership fee, as I would have never have known to hire them.

My experience with Service Express Home Experts has been nothing less than outstanding. In todays world that is saying a lot! Had a very easy phone conversation with Ms Molly and she explained the service and scheduled an appointment. Mike and Yousef arrived ontime and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. They did a thorough inspection, explained the options and Mike gave his recommendations and documented everything. They both did a great job and were very respectful of our house and cleaned up after completely after the job was done. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such professionalism and attention to every detail. I would not hesitate in recommending Service Express Home Experts to anyone. Thank you guys!

Adam and Gilbert - the technicians - came out and thoroughly cleaned out the dryer vent. They showed me the bird's nest (a large one that was made of all sorts of things like hair, thread, pine needles and twigs and lint from the dryer, all woven together) which they pulled out. They asked me to come watch and see things that were coming out. Most of the stuff was sucked into the hose, but I could also clearly see dirt, lint, and so on that was coming out of the vent and into the air due to the suction power of the hose. I was worried about the danger of a house fire because that is what happened to a friend of a family member on account of a dirty dryer vent. I feel much more comfortable now that I know my dryer vent has been thoroughly cleaned. I appreciated that both Gilbert and Adam went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful.

They were AWSOME! Explained everything, gave a super fair price, and really seemed to care. Even were respectful of our privacy. Totally would call for all AC and vent cleaning needs.

Mike and his whole team were great. We moved into our home and quickly found that 'dirt' was falling out of our registers - turns out it was microbial growth, which honestly really scared me. Mike did a great job of explaining our options and easing our minds. Ultimately, we decided it was best to replace the upstairs duct work. Mike was very responsive and patience to answer all our questions leading up to the project. The day of the project Mike and his team worked very hard and did their best to clean-up after themselves. The team was also very prompt with completing follow-up work a week later to complete the job.

It was okay. It ended up being much more than $79. They could have been more forthright upfront about what it was going to cost.

It was a little misleading on the actual deal, They turned it to a whole lot of a project than we originally expected but I'm glad they finally did take care of it. They should take care when handling the dirty registers and tools they use to prevent them from touching the wall and ceiling surfaces. I had to go back and do a little cleaning of the wall and the ceiling because I did not notice the markings until after they had left.

Adam and Gilberto were very nice and courteous. I got the air duct cleaning and it turns out I didn't really need it. After inspection of the systems, they concluded I didn't need the cleaning because of the type of AC unit we had. However, we did have some leaks from the pipes. Instead of having them come out again, I went ahead and had them seal it since they were already there. They had all the necessary equipment and got it done fairly quickly. Before and after pictures were taken and shown to me. I will definitely use them again. They showed up early as well!

The guy who showed up was named Michael, he and his crew were efficient and professional. My system is working better than ever before and I learned a lot about it and how it works. My wife's allergies had been bothering her and it's much better now. They also noticed some things they thought I could do to improve the system's performance and explained to me how they worked, and what the benefits were. I did a few of their recommendations but not most of them. They were not pushy on the extra stuff but they did take the time to explain it all to me in terms I could understand (I am not a HVAC pro AT ALL) which I appreciated. I'll be using them again if I have need and asking for Michael specifically.

They were very professional and addressed every issue. They explained every process as they completed the job which I really appreciated and is something you don't often see. They were extremely courteous and cleaned up well after themselves which is also something you don't often see. They even called in to let me know they were en route. The vents look the same today as when they completed the cleaning. I would definitely recommend the service.

Mike and Yousef did a great job cleaning ducts and air registers. They were very thorough and professional. There were some small areas of fungal growth noted and Mike made a recommendation including a series of options and prices ranges, which was appreciated. Overall, a great job. Cost was a bit higher than expected, but still reasonable overall.

Michael was on time and got right to work. He was very personable and took care in removing registers so as not to mess up the wall paint. He did an excellent job explaining additional work that should be considered without pressuring me to buy additional services and even took it upon himself to do a couple of quick repairs. Michael and his helper cleaned up after they were done and left my house even cleaner than when they arrived. I can breath at ease thanks to a job well done.

Never performed the cleaning, rather they replaced the ducts because they said there was no point in cleaning the existing ducts. $74 turned into $3000. Service was good.

They were prompt, and polite. I will use them again.

After a quick check of my upstairs and downstairs systems the cost was 2,008 dollars. After I indicated that was not going to happen, I was given a disaster scenario of creeping microbes and all kinds of nasty stuff in the air. Finally got them to agree to do just the top floor of a 2 story home. When they left I went back through the house to double check on things. Found a blue tarp in one of the bedrooms on the floor underneath a vent . There was blow out material from the vent on the tarp as well as all over the carpet. The same was true in the upstairs guest bathroom as well as in my home office. Took me about 2 to 3 hours to clean up the mess. Guys were very personable but not very neat or professional . Would I use them again and would I recommend to friends - not likely.

Adam and Yousef from Service Express called ahead of time to inform me of their arrival time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had hired them to clean the ductwork on my 2 Unit AC System. They instpected the registers and then went upstairs to the Attic to examine the AC System Units and the Return Plenums. The duct work was clean and they were very honest and recommended that no cleaning was needed. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty and recommend them highly.
