Description of Work: Had a truck problem and were late; however, they were at the house at least 5 hours. With the mold problems found, the extra services cost an additional $866. Michael and Lee were very nice and effective.

Description of Work: I filled out the online form for the 3 available appointments, then got an email late Friday saying they wanted to come on the weekend. I replied, asked for one of times I requested, and they responded with 2 to 4 pm on Tuesday. I immediately replied that if it was to be Tuesday afternoon, they must arrive before 3:00 PM, and they confirmed. Sure enough, they called at 3:45 PM to say they were on the way. Hurried home to meet them, and the two techs began working. In addition to trying to pull a $250.00 "upsell", when they left there were 18" long rubber "bristles" from their duct brushes all over the house. I am still finding them everywhere...in the beds, on the furniture, on the carpet, etc. Young men were nice enough, and polite, but would not use them again.

Description of Work: Two workers cleaned the ventilation system (sealed the system, cleaned vents and tubing throughout the house) for two units that were extremely dirty. Was shown the before and after photos inside the system and looked into the vents after cleaning to attest to how amazingly clean the ventilation system can be. Very pleased with their professionalism.
