Called way ahead when he knew he was running later than appt time. He could have left sooner but stayed an additional 2hrs to completely checked every detail/connection on the tankless water heater repair to ensure it was correctly hooked up. It was a fixed repair fee so didn t have to go the extra mile. Very conscientious.

Very professional and patience technician. My moen cartridge broke in half when I was pulling it out of the valve. The technician took his time to remove the remaining half of the cartridge to make sure it would not damage the valve. He kept me informed of all the steps he took to remove the cartridge. Also, he took off his shoes before entering the house to make sure he did not drag anything inside the house. Definitely appreciated that even though it had nothing to do with the job that he was hiring for. Bravo to Kenn's Plumbing for a well trained professional tech.
