He came the same day I called, gave a decent bid . He went right to work the next day. He maintained great contact throughout the job. I'd use him again. The price was fair. He is a very nice guy. I trusted him.

Uriel and his crew at Best Bid Construction are the best. They started with a complete driveway replacement including removal of old concrete, installing base for new one, installing areas of stamped concrete, staining and sealing of stamped areas; removal of paneling in family room and painting Sheetrock, half bath remodel; garage enclosure;installation of light fixtures; replacing faucets; and many other jobs I needed done. I highly recommend Uriel and Best Bid Construction for any construction or repair needs you may have. They are our go-to folks from now on.

Arrived on time. He did what we wanted done for the agreed on price. He cleaned up afterward to my satisfaction. He is very professional. I would recommend him and have to my neighbors.

I received 6 quotes and Best Bid was the cheapest bid. Uriel and his crew arrived on time on our scheduled date which was a Friday. He stated it would take 2 days to complete the job. Crew removed the old 10x10 slab and prepped the area for the new 15x23 slab. It took a while for the concrete truck to arrive but it did not cause any delay to complete the job. I like the fact that they worked Saturday to complete the job. This flexibility allowed me to just take 1 day off from work. 3 days later, Uriel came back to the house to remove the exterior boards around the slab. Overall, they did a good job and I would recommend this company to others.

They were absolutely wonderful. I love them. Their work was perfect. They did a fabulous job. I took 3 bids and their bid was the lowest. They came exactly when they said and they did it all in one day. I could not be any happier. They do excellent work and excellent bid. Everything was excellent and really good. The price was excellent.

They arrived and started the hard work and never stopped till the job was done. I did not have to over see this job, excellent work.

I took off work to be at home to meet with them. They did not show up after I waited for nearly 45 minutes without any contact whatsoever. Then I rescheduled and they did not show up again, this time they did call. Finally, I just needed to get an idea of what it was going to cost so I had them come out and measure and assess the job and leave an itemized quote/bid at the house which I explicitly asked for. They did that and I expected an itemized receipt or professional bid write up. What I received was 2 business cards with information hand written on the back with the estimated cost and a few notes on what that would cover. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not use them for the job and will not recommend them for any construction job.

He measured the same area of driveway concrete that others had measured and was about 50 sq ft higher. Nevertheless, his bid of $5500 was in the right ballpark. But, I chose a lower bidder ($4600) and am pleased that I did so...it was plain, brushed concrete, after all, not an artistic patio/pool deck.

They showed up on time formed and poured concrete. Had fun with the guys. They were to return the next day due to rain interference to remove forms. No showed the next day. I did it myself. Upon removing frames found two areas that were porous with voids in the concrete. Banuelo came out Monday saw that the forms had been removed and taken to the curb. He spoke to my wife and said he was sorry he should have called when he didn't come Sunday. She agreed and told him that it was me who he should apologize to as I did their work. He called missed me I returned his call later he apologized. I told him he owed me $100.00 bucks for doing his job, half joking half serious. I haven't cashed any checks yet. He must not have even looked past a glance at the sidewalk as he made no mention of the void areas. I bought mortar on the way home Monday and patched.

Still taking bids, but Best Bid is very competitive with their bid.

They came on time and did good work. A sudden downpour just as the work was nearing completion cause problems but were dealt with OK. They did not clean-up very well but it was late when they finished and I did not spefically ask them to cleanup.

Once bid was accepted, work began two days later and the job was completed within two days. Professionalism was the displayed during the entire effort...work was delayed due to a brief thunder storm, but every effort was exercised to complete the job on time. The end product is an example of the skill level of the owners and their team. Owner stay on sight during the entire event and contributed to the work effort at the same level as his employees. Great job....

We hired Best Bid Construction after 3 competing bids from different people. 2 from Angie's List and 1 from a friend. We chose Best Bid because of Uriel was knowledgeable and more than anything else, the reviews they received on Angie's List. We communicated 3 times through email, and all my emails were answered very quickly. The price quoted was to install 3/8 rebar, and pour 4 inch concrete for 900 Square foot patio. They came at 730 am and they finished the job by 5. They started by taking the grass out, level the ground, poured sand then installed the rebar all under 100 degree weather. It was hot and muggy, very unpleasant. But the crew was courteous and professional. They also clean up their mess afterward, which is a big deal for me, they even wipe the concrete splash on the siding of my garage. I'm extremely happy with their work, they may not be the cheapest around, but then again I rather have someone do the job right the first time then going with someone who might be slightly cheaper but questionable quality. I definitely recommend Best Bid!

I was satisfied with Best Bid Construction. Of all the bids we got, his was the better priced. He did what he told me he was going to do and he did very good quality work and I was pleased. He seemed to be experienced at what he did. I was satisfied with everything that he did.

I didn't use them because they were really high. He was fast and very punctual. He did what he said he was going to do. The quote was between $12,000-$14,000. I don't know the going rate but it seemed really high. It was really a lot higher than I expected. He was very responsive. He was very professional. I would use them if I had a lot of money.

I chose Best Bid because they did a great job of explaining to me in detail how they were going to repair the sidewalk and the kind of materials they were going to use. They were very prompt in returning my phone calls. The job was completed promptly and there was a lot of care put into the project and attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.

They came out the very next day to give the quote. They were very punctual and professional. They measured everything and did a good job. They had emailed the estimate to me two or three days later. It seemed pretty high. They didn’t speak English too well, and I had a problem with that.
