This has been a horrible experience. I ordered & paid for the windows/doors/screens up front. He would schedule a time to install them, then cancel at the last minute (his wife had a wreck, his blood pressure was up, he broke 3 of the windows and had to reorder, he had a heat stroke, the manufacturer had sent the wrong windows). I am not exaggerating either! When he did finally come to install he would do a few, then leave because he ran out of glue or stripping or whatever. He finally finished the job, but over half of the windows have a faulty glass that has a wave in it. You don't get a clear view when you look out. He was supposed to bring the manufacturer out to my house to see them. He never came. Other windows have already gotten moisture in them and are clouding up. He gave me a 10-year warranty, but he is now avoiding my calls. Avoid this guy.
