Fantastic! I own a lot of real estate and have worked with hundreds of contractors and JT is one of the best. He is very professional and also very personable. My wife is what you call "extremely selective" and she is absolutely thrilled with the results. First off, JT was very quick to provide a very detailed and complete quote with several options. And then he was very patient while we selected our slabs of granite. Then he was very helpful in finding just the right color of glass tile. I just can't say enough about the professional service that we received and how much we enjoyed watching the kitchen transformation and how thrilled we are with the result. You just don't find many people who are in the business for the right reasons like JT. The whole process was a pleasure and I recommend JT very highly to anyone doing a home remodel. BTW - He was the only bidder who included plumbing work in his quote - disposal, gas cooktop, faucets. It was nice to have a "turn-key" job completed. And on time! Tom S.

I called 2 companies to submit bids for this small job. I knew instantly that JT was the right fit for us. He immediately had ideas and it's very clear that he loves what he does. He showed us pictures of previous jobs so we'd get a feel for some of the work his crew can do. His crew installed new granite counter tops, new sinks, and new plumbing. We met him at his shop and browsed for pieces in his granite yard. He was able to save us money by not having to purchase the entire slab of granite since we were doing guest bathrooms that just needed small counter tops. The demolition and installation went very smoothly. He scheduled his granite guys and the plumber so that things were done very quickly and efficiently. We were also working around our own painters so he even had to juggle timing for us. We are so pleased with the results! Job well done! Now we are working with him to remodel our master bath. This will involve removing the old marble shower and installing a new tile shower, new tile flooring, and granite counter tops. Will check in with a review and pics once this is completed.

The experience was great from start to finish. JT came over first to take some measurements and provide an estimate for new kitchen counters and a new backsplash. The estimate included the cost of materials, the removal of the old counters and backsplash, a new kitchen and bar sink, as well as labor for the plumber. JT then went with me to stone yards to look at stone slabs. We went a couple of different times because I didn't find what I wanted on the first trip. JT was patient and enthusiastic throughout this process and did not try to pressure me at all into choosing something that I didn't love. Once we found slabs that I wanted, work at the house started about a week later and everything went great. The guys who did the cutting and installation worked hard and did a fantastic job. We look forward to working with AIS again in the future.

They worked around our schedule. Crew were on time, if not early to work every day. They were courteous and friendly and even made changes at our request along the way!! JT had great suggestions on matching counter tops with backsplash. They also installed a new garbage disposal. They kept the area clean and removed all trash when finished. Fantastic experience! I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product and craftmanship. In addition, working with JT made the experience all the more better. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and follows through on commitments and has a great team who works hard and efficient. From the first conversation on September 2nd, I had new countertops installed on September 13th. JT worked around my schedule and I was pleased with how quickly the whole process took place. I will DEFINITELY work with him again and highly recommend his company.

We had a great experience with JT and his crew. JT is very knowledgable in his field and had excellent advise in helping us with replacing our existing outside slate. We had major issues with pooling water on the patio and they were able to correct the slope (and advised us to install a French drain). They also replaced broken tiles on our patio BBQ counter and resealed existing slate. We are very pleased with the results and quality of work. JT provides prompt and courteous customer service. He returns calls / texts quickly and was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He even cleaned calcium deposits and resealed our kitchen granite for free.

JT had great ideas on design and really walked us through the project from start to finish. He helped us with the entire design based on his experience and expertise. It came ou perfect!. Hands down, the easiest contractor me and my wife have ever worked with. Their quality of work and determination for perfection is unmatched. We will continue to use AIS Stone & Marble for any future tile and marble work. We have already contacted JT for our 2nd job wit AIS!

Fantastic. This is the second time I have used AIS and I will continue to use them if I have any flooring or tile related needs. Always prompt, always professional, meticulous attention to detail, fair and courteous. JT always offer fantastic design ideas. He attempts to educate you while providing options to make the best decision.

Excellent, JT gave me a good estimate and, even though it was a holiday weekend, he helped me as I was in a bind with multile move-in appts afterwards. They were even willing to come in on a Sunday (but we did it on Saturday instead). Friendly, punctual, courteous, professional - install went as planned with no issues. I was very satisfied with their install, I would definitely use them again & would recommend to others. p.s. I would highly recommend their enhancer product to make your countertop details really pop.

INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JT got us the stone we wanted at a very good price and the results were amazing. For a company that does this kind of work day-in-and-day-out, I was surprised but thankful for his level of attention. For example, he escorted me through various stone yards so I could see what the market offered and make the best choice. Installation wasn't a slam dunk. The home was built in 1929 and renovations issues did arise with the installation. Just be sure to be on sight and check the work as it progresses from time to time and you'll be fine. Expect this isn't needed for a newer home.

The bathroom is absolutely beautiful! Each of the workers was friendly and professional. They were also each perfectionist about their jobs. Jaison had great ideas and advice prior to the start of the job. He took my husband and I to several granite companies on a Saturday to pick out our particular slab. He stayed in constant communication with me during the entire job and has followed up to make sure we are satisfied.

JT was excellent from the initial phone call until the completion of the job. He was prompt in arriving to give me an assessment and estimate. He was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the proper/ best granite to coordinate with my decor, as well as, the appropriate faucet and sink. He was very patient and explained all details of the job thoroughly. I immensely appreciate that he worked with my schedule, including a Saturday counter/sink installation and a Sunday faucet placement. He returned, himself, on Monday, to seal the granite and give me care instructions. He extended a fair price and provided AWESOME customer service and craftmanship. We had just bought the house (7 yrs old) and the kitchen sink was pulling away from the counter top and the previous owner had tried to repair it by applying Liquid Nail. AIS removed the sink, cleaned the Liquid Nail from the sink and granite and re-installed the sink.It was a bit difficult to re-install the sink because the hole in the granite had been originally cut too large. But they got the sink re-installed successfully and it looks good now and is solidly attached to the granite.

JT has a great since of style, is very easy to work with and he really knows his business. He came out to see what we wanted, made suggestions and gave us an estimate on the spot. He guided us through granite and tile selection. We found the perfect granite very quickly, but hadn't found tile that we were really in love with until right before installation when JT brought samples of beautiful tile and trim that "really popped". We were working with a cabinet maker and JT coordinated scheduling perfectly. The job began and finished as scheduled. JT also provided a plumber and electrician to install all of the appliances, saving us the hassle of scheduling these services separately. The price he quoted that first night was the price that he charged with the exception of a charge for some additional electrical work that I asked his electrician to do. Another plus is lifetime re-sealing of the granite. This was a great experience start to finish, and we love our new countertops.

The service was reasonable. He had a baby on the way so his communication was not so good.

We did a lot of homework prior to our remodel and spoke with a few different companies before we chose AIS. JT exhibited the professionalism and skill set that we were looking for. He was very attentive to our needs and guided us in our selection of granite and tile. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the timely way in which it was done!!! I have already referred AIS to two of my neighbors and hands down tell anyone in need of granite, tile or stone to call AIS Stone & Marble!!!

I was very pleased as were my clients. Jason completed the task in 2 days, as he promised, and was not only punctual and professional but took care to keep the kitchen clean and tidy. He was also great about keeping me updated about project start and completion. Hands down, the best I have used!

J T is the owner and he handles everthing. He is very honest and up front and does a lot of extras that he isnt compensated for. He told us the price, the time to completion and everything he said he did. We plan to have him back to do our kitchen. The best experience I have ever had with a company doing work at my house. There are no contractors, everyone is employed by JT. Excellent craftsmen. We can't think of anything we were not pleased with. Great price also.

Called me back right away. Very professional. JJ spent a lot ot time with us explaning options and spent a lot of time with us looking at at the granite choices.. Low key, no pressure. He also had a good design sense so he was able to give really good input. His crew was very nice and prefessional. We are very satisfied and it looks great

JT (sales manager) answered the phone himself, came to our house himself, and was the only granite person who said that, yes, our kitchen counter top could be repaired without spending thousands to replace it. We were so impressed with his honesty and respect for our budget, that we asked him for suggestions on our other bathrooms,which were straight out of the 80's with clamshell shaped sinks.In the end, we replaced our 102in master bathcounter, our 82in guest bath counter our 37in powder room counter and repaired the cracked granite in the kitchen(nearly invisible!) for half the price that we thought we might have to spend in just the kitchen!! JT was amazingly creative with our limited granite budget and his designs look incredibly high end. Our favorite by far is the half bath, which he designed himself, with no input from us.My husband was nervous about giving someone free rain , but I talked him into it and we're both happy I did. It is beautiful! His installers were skilled, polite, and hard working. We especially appreciated that when he said the price he quotes meant turn-key, it really did. Design, fabrication, installation, sinks and plumbing, everything. We only had to pick our faucets. One of my neighbors was so impressed that the next week he was installing granite in their kitchen. I would recommend AIS granite to anyone.

Steps of the service and install: 1. Initial visit - discuss the layout, color and design of the countertop. 2. Select the granite - Jason will meet you at the granite warehouse to select the stone. 3. Select a new sink - Show you the different options 4. Lights above the countertop - He has a electrician that can install them for you. 5. Install the countertop - His crew has done this for over six years 6.. Install of the sink - His plumber will do this 7. Finish the install - It is not done until you approve it. 8. Follow up - a week later will call and make sure you are satisfied. 9. Beautiful new kitchen Items completed - kitchen granite counter top, tiled backsplash, Tile in the shower, grout work, sink installed, under cabinets lights First Class service and install on kitchen granite countertop and back splash. We would highly recommend Jason of AIS to do the work in your kitchen. He has experience in interior design and will help you in making the right decision for you kitchen upgrade. He will make sure that every step of the install is taken care of and you do not have to worry about work being performed or getting someone to install the sink and do the plumbing.

JT is amazing in that he will go with you to choose the perfect granite. We went to approximately 5 different places until we found the perfect granite. To ensure that we would choose the perfect color granite, he came by my home and took a piece of the flooring and a drawer so that it would match perfectly. He has the patience of a saint and never rushed me since this was all new to me. Once we had the perfect granite, he helped to choose the absolutely perfect backsplash. I have received rave reviews of my kitchen and everyone is jealous!! :) In the powder bathroom, he chose a fabulous black granite, helped choose the vessel sink and new vanity. The room turned out to be amazing and again with rave reviews from family and neighbors. JT goes beyond the norm - he helped me find someone to cut out a space for the stove, take out the medicine cabinets, a plumber and an electrician - ALL of which is not part of his business but yet he went out of his way to help me find these resources. AND he checks on his work team to make sure everything is gong well and on time. Anyone using his services whether for choosing new granite for kitchen, bathroom, etc. or putting in new counters or renovations that need to be done excellently, AIS Stone is the one to do it for you. I have never been so pleased and excited with the job that was done. Just PERFECTLY AWESOME!!

From estimate to project completion, AIS did an excellent job. JT was always available to take my calls, was always on time, and lived up to every commitment he made. His installation crew, including granite installer, tile guys, and plumber, were all well mannered, and competent professionals with excellent workmanship. I liked the fact that I could hire one contractor to do all the work needed, as other countertop contractors who bid the work advised that they only installed the granite, and that I needed to hire a plumber for the sink, and a tile guy for the backsplash. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results, and very happy with our new countertops. I would use AIS again, and highly recommend them. Thanks JT!
