Her bedside manner and interactions with her patients were all good. If my husband came down with a stomach infection and we call her she will send a prescription immediately. It takes some time to get in to see her. She has a good staff.

I really like her. She listens and I trust her. She is easy to talk to and a nice person. She has a good bedside manner. It is hard to find a good doctor these days.

It went well.  I have had cancer before and the DR. relieved my fears as to what the lump was.  I also got my flu shot.  The DR. is also sensitive about my other issues and compassionate so she knows that things stress me out a great deal.

I would call and leave messages or talk with his MA's and he acted like he never got the messages!
He refused to refill prescriptions with out an appointment every 2 weeks or 30 days, I was taking Diabetic medications not narcotics!
I am now broke and paying off all the bills he run up. And I am now living without my Diabetic medications!

He's very understanding and doesn't feed his patients through like an assembly line. He has always been responsive to his patients.

. Dr. Frye is a very knowledgeable doctor who really takes her time to explain to you what's going on with your body and on general medical issues. She is very good at what she does. Her staff is really nice and everybody loves it when I come in.

He is very good and he has great bedside manners. He really takes care of my well. He seems to know everything, when I come in he (inaudible 15:05.1) everything properly. He is just very good.

She is a very nice doctor but isn't always available when needed. If I had extreme back pain and called for assistance, I have been told just to go to the emergency room. My husband and I have been going for 3 years now but we need a doctor who is available when I need them.

The over all visit went well, she had to fit me in and so was able to do that the next day.  Did not have to wait too long.  Her assisatnat took care of me first and took my vitals and list of meds that I was on and explained about how long the doctor was going to be.  Whne the doctor came in she explained everything to me and sent me to x-ray, than I went back to see her.  She explained the options and I choose one that I was comfortable with and I left.  She did not make me feel like I was choosing the wrong option for my care.  The x-ray later came back with no breaks or fractures.  Just have to exercise my shoulder and arm.

I researched family physician's to examine and prescribe me nasal allegy medicine. I found Dr Laura Fry on Angies List and she had great remark made about her. I contacted her office and scheduled and appointment for the next week. The office called a few days later and had to change the appontment due to the Dr just getting back from being out of town and had a back log of pt's. I scheduled for the following week at 3 pm with an arrival of 2:45 to check in. I arrived the day of my appointment early at 2:30. I checked in at 2:45. Then the wait began. I waited for 1 1/2 hours from 3 pm to a little after 4:30 to get seen. Other than the wait, Dr Fry is very knowledgable and attentive

All of my interactions with this clinic have been prompt, pleasant and professional. I have had to see a Dr twice, have labs drawn, call for prescription refills, make appointments, change appointments and I have yet to have even a borderline unpleasant experience. Im trying not to focus on the physician I saw specifically but on the Baylor Center as a whole.
I have yet to see a full waiting room or people complaining about the wait on days I have been there. If I was told I had to come up with some area to improve I would be hard pressed to do so. Maybe a voicemail option on the days that the office is closed? Truly it would have to be that petty as I just haven't had a negative experience here.

This visit was just fine. The doctor showed compassion for me and examined the X-rays herself. She made some suggestions of things that might help in addition to medication. How to sit, sleep, drive, etc. She recommended that I get an innertube to sit on, and some special pillows to use when I sleep.

Terrible, waste of time and money. 

Upon arrival to the facility, I checked in at the main desk, then go to my doctor's waiting room. After about a 10 minute wait, the nurse got me from the waiting room and took me to be weighed and check my bp, etc. Then I was put in the exam room to wait for my doctor. He arrived in about 10 minutes (I have waited longer) and started my exam. Everything was done professionally. All my questions were answered. The questions he asked were appropriate and pertained to the situation. All the medical records are electronic now, and this makes everything so much better and faster. All your medical history is accessible in a much quicker time. And all test results are provided via email and a secure access site. I love it.

This doctor is convenient for us. When I go there I feel as though I get great service. They are very busy so the wait is a little long, but everything else is fine.

From start to finish, an excellent experience. Dr. Peterson is very easy to approach, answers all questions, takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed. The only reason I gave a B for punctuality is because the appt got off to a bit of a late start. But once she is in the office, she is all yours, no interruptions. So I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes at all. Dr. Peterson and her office assistant communicated all results of tests quickly and personally. I also received an email link so I could download my labs for future reference. Good family practice physician, good visit. Think I'll keep her!

She is easy to talk to and very attentive. She spends quite a bit of time with me during appointments. The staff is courteous and quiet, which is nice.

She is very frank and honest. She also calls back after hours sometimes and is very thorough, but does not do things that are unwarranted.

Dr. Frye is very thorough, and listens to her patients' complaints and ideas. We did have to wait a long time in the exam room, though. The whole visit took about an hour and a half from when we arrived to check in.
