I was > VERY < impressed the owner of the company answered the phone and did the actual work versus just a hired employee Austin is very observant, knowledgeable, and did an EXCELLENT job !! Always asking if each section was done to expectation and he went above and beyond to make it right !! Now here's a man that knows how Customer Service and satisfaction should be delivered !!! The attic now looks absolutely GREAT and my house is much noticeably cooler since the insulation has been brought back to R60 (plus) I would DEFINITELY refer Five Points to anyone needing professional work done at what is a VERY reasonable price for the quality of the materials and the work that was completed

Great job very complete, no problems.

We had a 25+ year old house in which the old insulation was not enough needed to be replaced. We were glad to find Five Points to do the job because they know what they are doing with powerful equipment. We later found out it was not that easy to remove the old insulation but they still finished the work on the same day. Also thanks Austin for the accurate measurement of our attic which secured our contract with Five points.

I had them insulate the attice over my garage. They displayed superior knowlege, were on schedlule, very courteous and polite, cleaned the area used in the project before they left and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any of their services and already have. I am going to have them replace some solar roof vents with turbines soon.

Not only were their prices fair and competitive, they were extremely professional and courteous. Joe answered all my questions while providing the quote, and made me feel very confident in the quality of work they would provide. They clearly know what they're doing! They were able to schedule service within a couple days as well. Austin and the crew were on time and extremely polite and professional while doing the job. Everything was done perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to better insulate their house against the extreme temps here in Texas!
