B&M AUTO SPECIALISTS

This was my first experience with B&M Auto, and I was favorably impressed. Everything was handled as I expect it to be - things were done right. I will be giving them my business when something more serious needs to be fixed.

Evap System component replaced and repair confirmed. Then State Inspection performed.

We've got it all cleaned out and although there were no major repairs it took us about a month to get it figured out. I'd give them an A+. It took a little longer than they said, but they handled it in house and they picked us up. These guys are great.

They figured out the problem and fixed it. Other mechanics kept saying it was an EVAP system issue and that it was going to be hard to pin point the issue and very expensive to fix. B&M discovered that it was not an EVAP issue but that a sensor just needed to be updated.

Exceptionally well. B & M diagnosed the issue immediately confirming my suspicions. They said I should just save some money and fix it myself. They said there were a couple of non critical things I could do as well, but nothing was imminently necessary. The staff was amazing and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.

We left the vehicle there for three days and they were unable to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with it, it was not starting sometimes. Because the vehicle would start on some occasions, they were never able to see exactly what was happening when it wouldn't start. We finally told them to just replace the ignition switch to see if that corrected the problem. We scored them an overall B because we felt they were too busy to really spend the time to investigate what was going on.

I cant say enough how good warm and welcome I felt with their service. the service was good , very informative and after the service they said thank you. me and my husband are very pleased with their service. I cant express how happy I am with the B& M auto specialist service. They drove the car and just gave it a tune up and explained me what is important to fix priority wise. They prioritize everything for me that's what I needed. It was a whole nice experience. Everybody comes and speaks to you and take cares of the car. They also gave me suggestions and guided me deciding about new car purchase. I will be going to B & M Auto specialist this days onward.

I had used B & M on three previous occasions and knew of their high quality workmanship. Bryan made sure that all the work was done, but gave me honest advice as to where I could save money and what parts needed to definitely be OEM parts. Work was completed on schedule and under cost. They explained all repairs before AND after to make sure I understood. They offered to show me all the parts that were replaced so I could verify.

They're really good. I spent about $800. The job was great and they kept us informed. They're trustworthy, dependable, keep you well-informed as to what's going on with the repairs and they seem to have your best interest in mind.

Great job by Brian, Kevin and their team. Always professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I take all my vehicles to B&M when needed.

Both Brian and Kevin were very helpful and professional. I have a 2007 Ford Expedition with less 95K miles that the engine seized without warning. After comparing other auto specialists, we decided to go with B & M. The work was performed and completed within the promised time frame. Brian listened to what we wanted unlike competitors near us and was able to get the vehicle back on the road. I have used them for other repairs to my other vehicles since and will continue to use Brian and his crew. I would also highly recommend them if you need auto repair services. If you use them, tell them Dee sent you . They do give labor discounts for referrals :-)

.Extremely disappointed in this company. We had them work on my son's new old car and while they did come and pick him up (which is what everyone seems to rave about), they overcharged and under performed. This is an old car for a new teenage driver, and we knew it would need repairs, but there was no evidence that these systems were faulty. After the original bill of $1300, the car was not functioning. It was brought back again for a bill of $900 and then one more time for $80. Each time we brought the car back after repairs, it was because the problem was still not fixed. The car was at this shop three times in less than a month and $2300 later, we still had to bring it to another mechanic - who informed us that the likelihood of these systems being bad was slim to none. Of course that is just his opinion, however, he fixed the one part that B&M somehow missed and the car works great now. B&M also told us they would do certain repairs and did not complete them. The cost of repairs at B&M cost us more than the car. Unfortunately, because we are not mechanics, we have to trust the service provider to tell us what is wrong with our cars and it is too bad that this provider took advantage of this fact. 1/15/15 We understand that B&M is under new management and spoke with one of the owners at a Chamber meeting. She apologized for the troubles we had back in 2012, explaining that it is always their goal to have satisfied customers; and that how our situation was left is not how they normally do business. I was moved by her sincere concern and will try them again when we next have a need.
