At B & M Auto Specialists, we understand the importance of having your car in tip top shape. We also understand the frustration of not having your car. Consequently, we do our very best to get most repairs out within 24 hours. Granted, there are some repairs that require extended time, but for the most part, oil, brakes, hoses, Freon, etc., we will have your car back to you the next day. Car maintenance and car repair is never convenient. We always expedite every repair with the customer’s time and convenience being our number one priority. Not only do we repair most cars within 24 hours, but we can also drive you back to work, home, school or anywhere you need to be while your car is being repaired.

I had used B & M on three previous occasions and knew of their high quality workmanship. Bryan made sure that all the work was done, but gave me honest advice as to where I could save money and what parts needed to definitely be OEM parts. Work was completed on schedule and under cost. They explained all repairs before AND after to make sure I understood. They offered to show me all the parts that were replaced so I could verify.

This is an old car for a new teenage driver, and we knew it would need repairs, but there was no evidence that these systems were faulty. After the original bill of $1300, the car was not functioning. It was brought back again for a bill of $900 and then one more time for $80. Each time we brought the car back after repairs, it was because the problem was still not fixed. The car was at this shop three times in less than a month and $2300 later, we still had to bring it to another mechanic - who informed us that the likelihood of these systems being bad was slim to none. Of course that is just his opinion, however, he fixed the one part that B&M somehow missed and the car works great now. B&M also told us they would do certain repairs and did not complete them.
The cost of repairs at B&M cost us more than the car.
Unfortunately, because we are not mechanics, we have to trust the service provider to tell us what is wrong with our cars and it is too bad that this provider took advantage of this fact.
1/15/15 We understand that B&M is under new management and spoke with one of the owners at a Chamber meeting. She apologized for the troubles we had back in 2012, explaining that it is always their goal to have satisfied customers; and that how our situation was left is not how they normally do business. I was moved by her sincere concern and will try them again when we next have a need.
