Called that morning and found that they had a cancellation and could come that afternoon. The tech looked over the house and gave a bid, estimating it would take about 2.5 hours to complete. It actually took over 3 hours with no increase in fee. He stain treated all the areas with issues and came back to several areas on his own to ensure he got the marks out. Carpet looked great when he left and we didn't feel there was any more he could have done to get out the couple of stubborn stain areas. A couple of places still showed stains after it dried, but much lighter than before and better than I had been able to remove them myself.

They orginally came out and gave me an estimate for grout cleaning and said that it would take about two hours. When the gentleman came out he worked at the grout for at least four hours and it was still unresponsive. I was very impressed at his diligence to the job. They were very good and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I thought that they were a little bit pricey but they did an excellent job.

We had a water leak downstairs, Doug came over almost immediately after we called them. He was extremely helpful. He was very experienced and quickly got the water sucked up and the carpet dried. He provided a larger blower to dry the underneath of the carpet as well. After everything was dry Doug returned and put new padding down and tacked the carpet back down. The carpet looks great and all the edges are smooth and tucked in. They where very polite and prompt.

The experience was excellent because the atmosphere they create is family-oriented. The young couple that owns the business has smaller children and they are very down to earth. They like to put themselves on your level and make you feel real comfortable, like family. He will show up and do the work and just have a great time with you. I feel very comfortable and he always does exceptional work for us.

I'm currently under a program with them where they clean my carpet every 6 months. The first treatment is the regular price and the second treatment, 6 months later, you get the treatment for half price. They do an excellent job when they clean my carpet! The program includes the Scotchgard treatment.

It went great. Doug showed up on time and did exactly what I wanted. The carpets looked brand new when he got through with them.

From coming home from work to find squishy carpet to walking on nice dry, clean carpet, 1st Class Cleaning was definitely first class! They may be a small company, but their service is huge. They did give an Angie's List discount. I felt like I was important to them, not just my pocketbook.

Doug was first referred to us years ago by a local carpet company to help with emergency water extraction caused by broken water heater. He came almost immediately, did a great job, very reasonable price. Since then, he has cleaned our carpets annually, and always done a great job. Has also shampooed all of our upholstered furniture and scotchguarded it. Always arrives on time, very friendly and professional. We have recommended him to many, many friends, all of whom have been delighted with their service. Our most recent job was cleaning up some stains, we had no idea what they were, left by a remodeling contractor. Doug came and cleaned the stains perfectly, also our L-shaped hall, and scotchguarded them again after cleaning. He and Crissy are the company, and they are both super. We give them our highest recommendation.

Outstanding service. Technician arrived right on time. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need which I really appreciated. Worked nonstop carpet looked great. Gave a 30 day guarantee that if any spots returned would come back and clean for free. Even gave my dog a treat when he left.

Doug Weddle is the owner and completes the cleaning. His wife, Chrissy completes all the scheduling and paperwork for the business. They are both very professional, down to earth and places the customer needs as of foremost importance. Their quality of work is well worth the money. Their communication is ideal, as they will notify me of price increases or general information. They send me a creative monthly newsletter, which offers informative along with entertaining information such as historical, trivia and recipes. Included in the newsletter is a contest which gives their customers the chance to win gift cards or certificates, as a token of their appreciation.

Although he doesn't charge anymore than other companies, he cleans the grout using a nylon hand brush rather than machine because he says that machines just don't get the job done. He has extreme thoroughness and is out of this world.

They were here within an hour of our flood. Went right to work extracting much water. Pulled up carpet and set out large fans for drying. Fans stayed for two more days to be sure carpet was dry. Checked in on second day, not dry enough. On third day took out fans and relayed carpet. Good clean equipment and very personable people. Crissy Weddle, contact, was a joy to work with.

Doug (the owner) was very professional. He came highly recommended through Angie's List. I viewed several member comments and he has proven to stand up to those expectations. Very courteous and knowledgeable. We have lived in this house for 35 years. The carpets we have had for about fifteen years. This is the best company we have used to clean out carpets. They look brand new. He really knows what he's doing.

When I called to schedule the appointment, they had a big job and were not able to do it the next day. Chrissy was very nice to let me know they did do some Saturday work and was able to schedule me the following Saturday. Doug Weddle, the owner, cleaned my carpets. He is a super nice guy who was intent on making sure that the job was well done and that I was 100% satisfied. He was very conscientious not to let my cats out and not to block my daughter in (driveway) who was getting ready for work. Doug also did a small area rug and left me some stain remover at no additional charge. The carpets were very dirty and had pet stains. Doug was able to get all of the stains out and my carpets look beautiful. I will definitely do business with 1st Class Cleaning again.

They were very prompt and extremely courteous. They did the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen, and I'm 57. Our carpet was very soiled from contractors coming in and out of our home due to a water leak, and they made the carpet look brand new again. They have even been able to repair some of the errors that the carpet installers made.

DOUG IS A 1ST CLASS CLEANER THAT KEEPS UP TO DATE ON TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNIQUES TO KEEP CARPETS PERFECT. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE WITH US AND LOOKS AT OUR CARPETS AS HIS OWN. HE INSURES THAT WE ARE PLEASED WITH HIS WORK BEFORE HE LEAVES. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
