RE/MAX Vintage Property Management.

We own a rental property that needed to find a new responsible tenant to lease. We tried to promote the home initially by asking family and friends to spread the word and placing a leasing sign in the front yard. After 2 weeks on the market, with just a few phone inquiries and no showing of the property we decided to find a property manager to assist us in locating a tenant. As a new member to Angie’s list, I researched and found Re/Max Vintage Property Management on Angie’s. After reading the good reviews on Re/Max Agent Thomas Charlton, and knowing his Re/Max location office was also in the area of my rental home, I contacted him to come by the house and review the property. Thomas came out to the property introduced himself and informed me about his property management services. He was polite, professional and never pushy. He reviewed the property made a few suggestions to improve its marketing appeal and told me what I could expect in a monthly rent based on the comps in the area. Thomas informed us that a tenant could be found within a month normally, but he felt comfortable in saying our property would take less than 2 weeks due to its current appeal and condition. We agreed on a contract on Wednesday for the services we needed, and Thomas went to work right away taking pictures to post on their Re/Max website and MLS the next morning. By Friday we had someone looking at the property. Within 6 days we had 7 people that reviewed the property and 2 applicants to choose from. Thomas did applicant background checks and we closed the deal within 10 days. Thanks to services received by Thomas and his efforts in marketing the property we are happy with our new tenant. Being property owners we would not hesitate to use Thomas again. We would recommend Thomas to anyone looking for professional workmanship in property management. Another nice touch was a follow up call from Thomas in the second month to see if there were any issues and was our new tenant working out well. MJR/TX

He took over in the beginning of April and was presented with a severely water damaged residential unit. He was able to contact Eagle Restoration and put them in touch with me. I approved a contract with them and Thomas was the intermediary between the tenants and contractor. He kept me appraised at all times. What a great company! Thomas is a stand up guy with a great service. His price is great for the services provided.

Thomas, owner of Charlton & Co, personally handled my property. He represented me in court for the eviction of my unwanted tenants and quickly had them removed. I then hired him and his crew to fix up my property from the damages that had been incurred from the tenants. I was extremely impressed with his timelines and work ethic. He kept me constantly up to date. I enjoyed working with Thomas so much that I have hired him to be my property manager. This is a MUST USE company!!
