I've had a couple of dealings with him and he's exceptional. They were excellent!  They were outstanding! The price is excellent.  They did a great job.  They always do.  It's not my first experience with them.

Mark is extremely polite, punctual, and honest. Along with one other electrician, he did all of this work in about half a day. We were only without power for a few hours. He charged us exactly what he quoted us in the estimate. The work was excellent. We would highly recommend Mark Copeland to anyone looking for a good electrician.

This is a company that has been in business since 1948 and it is family owned. They do not have much overhead so their rates are very affordable. The technician who came to the house was a co-owner. He was very prompt and friendly. The work that I had asked for was performed in a professional manner and he cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend Copeland Electric and I will use them again.

He arrived promptly and was very nice. Being a woman, I've come to expect service technicians to sometimes talk down to me, but he was very professional and made sure that I understood every detail of what he was doing. He showed me the bad wiring on the first outlet in the circuit and explained that had I not caught it, it could easily have caused a fire. He showed me the best way to install GFCIs and how best to approach other future projects that involve electrical work in the future. He also took some time to talk with me about a few other issues including a faulty doorbell and an oddly placed junction box. He was not just polite, but genuinely nice and personable. I would definitely hire him in the future.

He's a good guy. I like him a lot. He is prompt, personable, excellent, and he cleaned up after himself. I give him high ratings and will continue to use him in the future.
