We got our garage floors finished with garage Flooring Pros. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. Did a great job!

The guys that came out were great! Very personable and explained the process thoroughly.

Our complaint was they didn't show up on time, or called to say they would be late.

Very professional in their timely arrival, quick work and excellent outcome.

They show up - which many companies don't anymore.

Garage Floor Pros did a wonderful job on my garage floor. I called, the rep came out the next day, gave me an estimate. After reviewing it with my husband, we called and accepted. They came out the next week (a date I had already discussed during the first visit). The 2 workmen arrived on time, went right to work, and completed the project that day. The entire Garage Floor Pros team is outstanding! I recommend them to anyone that wants a job well done for a reasonable price!

Very well organized project and scheduled. The only issue I had was that foundation was not well prepared and I could see imperfection under the paint after completion. The Garage Flooring Pros responded with option to redo or give me a discount. I would recommend this company.

I had a few questions at first because they were a little cheaper than competitors and when you talked to them they didn't promise the world again like their competitors. But they delivered the best I have seen, we had them not only do our garage floor but my parents as well. Being in the service business myself I have dealt with alot of crews and this was one that I judge by 'would I allow them to be there when I am not there and my wife was there alone?' and yes they were hard working, very polite and wanted to make sure you were happy. They will be doing more projects for me in the future, in fact they already stained our walk and driveway and it is perfect!!!

I hired them to do an interior epoxy. The owner, John and I agreed on my colors and process. George the installer, has a whole other agenda. The base coat I chose with John and on the work order, George does not apply. This was discovered on the instal day when I was signing their 100's of waivers. They brought 5 Gas grinders (not electric) into the house, setting off the carbon monoxide detector multiple times. When they left for lunch, I went into my very stinky gas smelling house...my entry way flooring was not protected by plastic/paper and the dust from grinding/walking all over it, gasoline cans, grinding equipment, etc. was just sitting on the laminate. When George came back, I asked him if he could get that cleaned up and protected before we really mess up my current flooring. He refused. His arrogance and disrespect was a huge red flag. I called Vernita, John's wife, she sent me to vm. So I texted her with concerns over unprofessionalism and sloppy work environment and the carbon monoxide. Within 10 minutes, all the equipment was turned off and the crew of 7 started packing up. When I asked George what was going on, he said John told them to get on out and abandon the project. And leave me hanging. George at first would not call John to discuss all together. George told me to use my own phone. I again went to vm. Finally, he called John from his phone and John said our "personalities" were not a match so they were going to refund my money. Safe yourself the disaster with this group. They do not take feedback well at all, sloppy and if you try to direct them to what you want for your flooring you will be told that George only does one design of epoxy and is not respectful of your house or your property. Stay away from them. John has plenty of estimates, because their prices are good, many people ask for an estimate. I did too. Their lack of service will have you squirming at every turn. If service isn't important to you, then these are your people. If you do care about the quality of service and having a conversation around your vision for the floor, you will get John's sales pitch and whatever George chooses to do.

Can I give 6 stars? GFP did fantastic work! Very flexible too, as I wanted to get it done, BEFORE moving in & when our closing was delayed a week (by seller), Garage Flooring Pros flexed and made it happen so it didn't affect household goods delivery. Looks FANTASTIC!
