Description of Work: Kevin came out to review the exterior and interior of the home. He took a baseline measure in each room for future use. Based on the dry conditions and what he saw with the ground around the foundation he recommended we start by watering the foundation more and then go from there. That worked like a charm!!!

Description of Work: Nice guy but remember these guys are doing this to sell you some foundation work. I had bad window sills that needed to be replaced. The guy put his level on a window sill that was damaged to determine the level of the house!
