Description of Work: The provider did not complete the advertised services even after I called them repeatedly. The full review was not completed. I have a pier and beam house and they did not evaluate under the house. They did not provide a diagram nor did they provide a watering plan.

Description of Work: Came out to do a survey. Felt they were very honest in what they told me. Suggested I call back the previous foundation firm and see if they would take care of the follow up work for no charge. Haven't decided yet who to do the final work, but lean toward A-1.

Description of Work: The general rate at the time was 500 per pier installed. These guys are pretty quick and really didn't leave a mess all things considered. However I didn't like their method for repairing broken motor joints in the brickwork by using caulk. Next time I will contract a mason to tuck and point the broken motor joints.

Description of Work: Inspection of home for possible foundation issues. Steve was soooo great. Professional, courteous, friendly and polite. It just so happened that I had a plumbing company there at the same time and it was like night and day. Steve insisted on putting covers on his shoes so that he would not get my floors dirty. The plumbing company did not even ask and had footprints everywhere they went. |Steve was also very helpful in explaining the foundation around my house (low points, high points). He also said he would send me a copy of the document he drew up and to my amazement it was in my email box within an hour (or less) after he left. I selected A-1 due to the great reviews and they certainly proved to be true! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks
