Description of Work: Provided foundation repair by installing 11 pilings on the exterior of my house and with their leveling process eliminated some major cracks on the inside and outside. Luis and Jose arrived with their crew around 8:30 AM, explained to me what they were going to do and went to work. They were finished around 12:30 PM, including replacing and redistributing all the dirt and hosing down the sidewalk and driveway. | |Kevin Proctor did the initial structural inspection on 10/29/2015 and Mariana Hansen followed up with scheduling and answering all my many questions. Both were a pleasure to deal with and I am completely and totally happy with the results of their company's services to repair my foundation. I thought the pricing was very fair and in addition to the 11 pilings, it included a structural engineer's inspection before and after, and a plumbing inspection after to make sure there were no drainage or fresh water leaks. | |I would use them again if needed and would definitely recommend A1Guaranteed Foundation Repair to anyone needing foundation repair.

Description of Work: Overall they did a great job. They were able to complete the job in about 6 hours (8 piers). The only thing not covered is re-bricking of our patio. That was an additional cost.
