Description of Work: They fixed two major areas around our house and did a root barrier. They were very nice and informative. I was VERY apprehensive about fixing the foundation and scared it would lead to other problems but so far everything seems great. If we have problems again I would call them for sure. They took their time with us and explained things to us and I didn't feel rushed or not important. From the beginning to the end of service we have been very pleased.

Description of Work: It was unnecessary to pay for an estimate. We found there are several companies who give free estimates. This company had a low price but only proposed to install 14 or so piers. The company we chose proposed to install 38 piers all around our house. The price was considerably more but I felt more comfortable with piers all around the house. |If anyone is considering foundation work I would suggest getting free estimates. The one we paid for was wasted money.

Description of Work: An initial assessment of the foundation was performed but standing water under the house prevented a full inspection. On that appointment, the ball was dropped as I did not hear back for several weeks. We also had a second opinion completed and the second company suggested french draining, where that was not mentioned by A-1. Overall, the experience was ok.

Description of Work: I purchased an inspection of the foundation. The representative that came out was very professional and courteous. I told him what my concerns were, and he told me what he could do. He visually inspected the house and foundation, and took many, many measurements to determine if there was any damage. It didn't take very long, and he told me that there was no issue with my foundation He even provided me with a watering schedule to help keep the dirt close to the foundation in the summer time.
