The evaluator at the first visit was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he did and even showed us the readings so we could see for ourselves the issues that were present. The crew present for the foundation repair was also great. They explained in great detail what would happen and I was present for the actual lifting of the foundation. I was again shown all the readings so I would know how much the foundation had been raised. The landscaping was all replaced before they left. Everything was completed within 1 day.

Was happy with the quick response and timeliness. The surveyor was really nice and gave me a lot of tips on how I could improve the readings on my foundation. There was no high pressure sales pitch, But instead I received a good wrote up on the condition of my slab and things I could do to help correct some of the early problems. I have a follow up appt to see, as he thought it would be enough, and I've been putting their plans in place. There was a trustworthiness to him that I liked, and he takes his time with your measurements and more importantly the explanations. Was worth the $49 for me and have more peace of mind and a back up plan! We did not discuss price for any repairs since none we suggested at this time.

It was excellent experience with A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair. Two gentlemen showed up on the given date and they were very professional and answered all the questions that we have. They were on time and someone from their office remind me earlier. They were very nice and measure outside and inside of our house and gave us very valuable advise. They weren't trying to sell something. Overall very happy experience and I would recommend to anyone to use this company.

This was a job I was dreading greatly. I knew we had some issues with our foundation shifting, based on a few cracks in the walls, drywall nails popping out, and some doors sticking. When I finally got around to biting the bullet, I went with the many glowing recommendations from Angie's list as well as recommendations from others in the Flower Mound area and called A-1. Jeff came out and completed the first measurements and the quote for the entire job. He was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing. The quote was much less than I expected, so I was very relieved about that as well. Once they arrived to start the work, I was amazed at everything that was accomplished in a very short amount of time. After getting to the house around 9 am, the team had multiple deep holes dug under the house around the perimeter. By the early afternoon they had put in the drains and the root barriers and were ready to lift the house. After a few presses of the jacks installed at each new pier location, the house was back within the expected level range. Jeff remeasured everything to be sure that the job was completed correctly. By 3 pm the team was cleaning up and depositing leftover dirt in various holes and low points in the yard, per my request. While foundation repair is definitely one of those things most homeowners dread, A-1 made sure that it was as painless as possible. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of work.

He was very informative. He was able to tell us how to adjust our sprinklers for more efficient watering of our foundation.

It was fine. He came out and gave us an estimate to repair the foundation and make sure it was good. He showed up when he was supposed to.

The service worked out very well. I think it was Kevin who came out, and he was very friendly, very professional, and we were very pleased. They did a great job, and they were very timely in doing it.

I bought the deal on 3/10. On 3/11 I was asked some questions then told they could do the 20th after I explained in my request that I needed a quick appointment because they said let them know if I was in a hurry. I accepted the 20 eventhough that was too far away and in the meantime called 3 other companies. They all came out within a day and gave me a free inspection. After that I felt like even the $49 deal was a ripoff. I cancelled my appointment with them.

Work has not been done yet, but I'm planning to schedule work order later this month.

Fantastic work on leveling and fixing piers, our foundation was MESSED UP! They even worked on Saturday after their machine broke. Part of the contract was fixing the mortar and leveling doors/frames, but, no one will return our call to get that done since they came and did the pier work.

Two crews of about 12 men and a foreman. They arrived at 9:30am. They went around the house to confirm the areas that were to be raised. The foreman was friendly and explained each step of the process. He offered to have us watch each step which we declined, too noisy and dirty. They broke concrete in the laundry room, front porch and patio. It was noisy but to be expected. They dug out the access holes in my front and west side rose beds. They had to remove several rose bushes which had been pruned so there was little damage. When it was time to raise the house they invited us to watch the process. Scary to see the house move. Once they leveled the house they replanted my roses approximately back where they came from. They did an excellent job of cleaning up considering how much dirt they had to move. It was mountains and mountains of soil. they did an excellent job of replacing the concrete areas. They left it nice and smooth. I would recommend this company for foundation repair. .

It went super well. Kevin and his c-worker (forgot the name) were really professional and very friendly. They were honest and helped me save a lot of money. If i ever need their service again i will definitely hire them, If your need a quote for foundation repair or any service they offer i don't know about other people who work there, but these guys are honest

I have seen a few hairline cracks around the patio and inside walls that made me worry about a big underlying problem. So I purchased their special on Angies. He was puntual. I accompanied him everywhere while he was measuring and asked him a lot of questions. He patiently answered every one of them and explained the whys, dos and donts of the foundation maintenance. The only thing I would suggest them to improve upon is to explain the details of what it is to be done before starting. I say this only because I was a bit taken aback when he asked to enter the house and started entering every room. In the end I understood why he needed to do it and I was ok with it. I just would have liked a heads up. Other than that I am very happy with their services and I would highly recommend them for any foundation jobs.

This was a very good experience. A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair came at the appointed time, performed the internal survey with equipment designed to show the differences in floor level, and performed a visual inspection of the exterior house and property. He provided a report of those results. We knew that needed some leveling and agreed to further use this firm for leveling of the house's slab foundation. They used an independent engineering firm and an independent plumbing firm to to verify the "before" and "after" state of the house. A-1 provided two work teams to perform the leveling on the house. The first team arrived at the scheduled time and prepared the piers. The second team arrived at noon time and assisted in leveling the house. We had 16 people operating jacks simultaneously. It went very smoothly. Both work teams put the dirt/clay back in the holes, tamped (packed) the dirt/clay, patched concrete the holes in the patio, replanted the bushes, cleaned the doors/windows, caulked old cracks/loose facia bricks, moved the excess dirt/clay to a location in our yard (per my request), removed their equipment, and cleaned the yard. In summary they did everything they said they would and the two inspections after the repair verified their work. I worked on the two drain improvements that he recommended which he reviewed at the conclusion of the day. Noteworthy information: 1) The repair work is scheduled based on weather conditions and the completion of the "pre-condition" by the professional engineering firm and the plumbing company. 2) The repair work was not required, i.e., his inspection was not a gimmick used to upsell. We knew that we needed some repair. We thought, based on input from neighbors, that this would be expensive and that our house would suffer more cracks due to the leveling process. We did not experience what our neighbors did. 3) His equipment was accurate in showing us the difference in elevations AND the results matched the results provided by the professional engineer.

Everything went great. The provider was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The follow-up was prompt and informational. The only issue was that they did not get back to me as promised to schedule but once we connected it was grade A service

Owner, Kevin, was very prompt, thorough and professional. He had some great ideas for modifying our watering schedule and amounts to alleviate some trouble spots on our foundation and retaining wall. No need for foundation repair at this time. I was impressed and would use A-1 in the future.
