That went well. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Two employees came out, but one was training.

That was okay. He was fine and I was satisfied with what he had quoted me. I just did not choose his company. He was very nice and is the information he gave us. The price was just the big deal offer. He seems very knowledgeable. His evaluation and his bid was comparable to other companies. His evaluation is good but I just used a different system on foundation repairs that is why I did not use him. I will suggest members to consider a lot of companies when it comes to foundation repairs because there are a lot of factors to consider.

I initially contacted A1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair because of a promotion on Angie's List. I also got quotes from other companies. A1's cost was comparable and since I had the discount, I went with them. The gentleman from A1 who came out and assessed the job was very informative on causes of the damage, repair needs, and the factors determining the cost. Jeff from A1 promptly called to schedule the service. Jeff was onsite, and was also very informative as to how it would work, what the crew was doing and what to expect. I would recommend A1 - but I hop I don't have to use them again, because I don't expect to be in another situation requiring foundation repair since the job was done right.

Great-we had the foundation inspected and no work was needed at this time.

A1 Guaranteed Foundation is an extremely professional group. They sent a schematic of the work they suggested that needed to be done and reviewed it completely with me. I scheduled the work. They arrived on time with a crew of six or so. They had the holes dug and the piers installed in very short order. They reviewed everything they were doing each step along the way. When they were done the yard actually looked better than it did when they arrived. They took the time to make certain they did not disturb the sprinkler system and made sure that there were no visible leaks. Before they would certify the work they had In-House Plumbing come out and do a complete inspection for any possile leaks caused by the lifting. If you ever need a plumber I would strongly encourage using In-House. They did a great job and continue to follow-up to make sure there are no issues. I would highly recommend using both of the companies should you need their type of services. I could not have been happier.

Confusion on addresses. I am an angie's list member in both Houston and Ft Worth. when the Houston address came up, they responded they did not service the Houston area. Waiting on a refund from Angie's list.

They were thorough of their review of the foundation. They were really competitive with their price. They offer a good warranty. They have good references. Their customer service was really good. The job was done in a very timely manner.

The provider was timely and very professional. Walked my husband through each step of the inspection and suggested that we install a drip irrigation system to help with maintaining our foundation. We are on watering restrictions and don't get water on a regular basis. We would definitely use this provider again.

The service turned out very well. He left a diagram to show me any problems. The technician was very informative. I walked around the house with him and he answered all of my questions. Scheduling was very easy and he showed up to the appointment on time. He even showed up a little bit early.

My experience with them went great. They were awesome. We thought we were going to have a lot of work done but they recommended us a watering plan. First week they are going to come down and put proposals on our system so it's all on the way. I've never had this done before and so it was rather interesting to see the method that they used and they gave us like a big long report showing all the variances in the foundation which we weren't aware of. They were very professional and good.

They were very professional when they came out. They performed a full inspection of our foundation and then went over the results with me and what steps I would need to take so that the minor problem I am having could be corrected.

We found A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair through a "deal" offered on Angie's list. The deal offered a full inspection of our home for foundation problems, and also promised to provide us with a watering plan to help stabilize the soil. After we purchased the deal (VERY reasonably priced by the way) we were contacted almost immediately by A-1 and an inspection time was set up within a week. Promptly at the appointment time Steve Greenhill arrived at our home. Mr Greenhill was friendly, professional, caring, and a great representative for A-1. He diagramed the interior/exterior of our home and made several easy to understand suggestions. Although minor problems were identified, there was no high pressure "gloom and doom" assertion made to have them fixed or risk our home falling down around our ears. When the time comes to have these repairs done, A-1 will have the first opportunity to bid the job, in no small part due to the character of Mr Greenhill. THANK YOU A-1!

Jeff came and was very nice and professional. He showed up on time to give the bid and actually told me the places I thought I had problems were actually not problems. Just cosmetic. I appreciated his honesty. I would recommend these guys to anyone and plan on using them when the time comes.

Using the center of the house as the basis, measured the height of the foundation around the edges of the house, which revealed that one corner of the house had sunk down by not quite an inch. They provided an estimate for services to remedy the problem, which involved sinking seven piers under the foundation and lifting the affected corner of the house onto those piers. It was a big job, and I must admit to being nervous, but they were wonderful, very professional. Part of the job included verification of both the problem and post-repair measurements by an independent engineering firm. I'm very happy with the results, and I would certainly recommend this team to anyone who needs foundation work.

Everything went fine. They came and did their thing and it was fine. I had no problems; it was good. They were pretty responsive. They probably came out next week. They responded via email and then we contacted to make an appointment quickly. They were right on time. Two guys came and they measured the flooring in the house to make sure nothing had shifted. They were a good pair of guys; they knew their business. I was familiar with the routine and they did a very good job. The report wasn't as formalized as I was expecting it was pretty much a handwritten thing but it provided all the information I wanted. But they didn't convert it from their handwritten drawing to some kind of a formal document.

The service turned out fine. It was relatively easy and my husband was pleased with the service.
