Parco Electric

We hired a pool contractor to have a pool built in our back yard. The contractor used an electrician who only buried the electrical line 6" below the ground's surface. The landscaper cut into the line accidentally when installing a sprinkler system that resulted in an emergency situation where a live wire was electrifying the surrounding water. Owner Aaron Parker had a crew on-site within 2 hours to mitigate the situation. They returned a few days later after the underground utilities were marked to bury the line to the proper depth. Aaron did this work himself in a very professional manner, correcting several issues that had been completed incorrectly by the prior electrician. The most amazing part of this service was that I was also having a problem with the gas line that was installed by the pool contractor. There was water in the gas line which prevented us from using the pool heater. We were told that the line needed to be replaced at a cost of $700 - not to mention tearing up the landscaping that had just been completed. Aaron was kind enough to advise us on how to blow the water out of the line. When he recognized our reluctance to undertake this project ourselves, he returned later the same afternoon and blew the line out for us. He saved us not only the $700 replacement cost, but the inconvenience of having our yard dug up again. We can't thank Aaron enough for his help!!

All went great except; a little sloppy on the scheduling, but showed up on time; the price was not great for the amount of time/materials. The crew, T and Maria were super.

After purchasing our coupon, Aaron called to discuss our situation. He made some suggestions which helped to resolve our immediate problem so we agreed to apply the coupon to another job of installing a new plug outlet. It took a few days to get the appointment secured but once a date and time were set, T and Maria arrived right on time. We wanted to install a new plug in our media room near the cable outlet but the wall was wood paneled. T and Maria were able to inspect the space behind the wall through a nearby outlet and carefully cut through the 1" hardwood paneling without incurring any damage. Once the outlet was installed, they thoroughly cleaned the area. Despite scheduling challenges, our experience with Parco's work has always been very positive and we will continue to use and recommend them.

Overall, the job went very well. The project was to install 4 "cans" with LED lights and two dimmers. The lights are on a 1st floor room with no attic above requiring drywall cutouts. I especially appreciated 2 things. First, they took their time to lay out the lights in the ceiling so that they are symmetrical. Second, they took their time with the drywall cutouts, framed out the holes and replaced the cutouts. Two minor problems. The total cost surprised me a bit but in fairness I did not ask for a firm quotation prior to doing the work. Second, they came without the dimmer switches so one of the technicians had his wife go to Home Depot to get them. Unfortunately, one of them was not the proper switch . They were supposed to come back on Monday, but we have not heard from them as I write this. I will use this firm again.

Electricians arrived on time, assessed what needed to be done and performed the work accordingly.

T and Maria were my electricians and I could not have been happier with the service. I have more work that needs to be done, and I will definitely use this company again, and will be sure to specifically request them by name. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I was struggling with deciding how high/low I wanted to hang the chandelier, and they were most patient with me. They even took the extra step of T holding the chandelier in place while Maria walked out to the street with me a few times, giving me her professional and personal opinion on an appropriate height. I really appreciate them! I had several fixtures that I needed installed/replaced, and they tackled each task with a level of professionalism that was far beyond my expectations. They thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves after they were done, actually leaving the area cleaner than it was before they got here. I highly recommend them without reservation and I look forward to working with them again!

This is the second time I have used Parco Electric and I will use them again in the future. They sent T and Maria to do the work both times. The first time they installed several dimmer switches and an electrical outlet. The second they moved some electrical conduit and installed two dimmer switches. T & Maria make a good team. They are very nice and professional. They know what they are doing and clean up after they are finish. They arrived within the scheduled time frame. I am very satisfied with their services.

T and Maria were my electricians and they were prompt, worked quickly and did a superb job. I am particular and I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional work they did. They cleaned up after their work and left it as good or better than before they arrived. I highly recommend them and when I am in need of electrical work I'll request their services.

Service team arrived on time as scheduled. They were very professional in their performance of the work. They tested the GFCI and explained everything at completion of their work. The technician was knowledgeable and precise. He quickly repaired the problem and left the area spic and span. We did not know if we had a small or big problem . I would definitely use them again.

Excellent! The third time out, and again, a great job! Fast and efficient and timely. The service on the Generac was especially timely as power went out today in my neighborhood, and the generator performed like a charm! Thanks Parco!

My husband and I found this provider on Angie's list and were pleased with the response time, as well as the reasonable pricing. They were able to come to our house the next day after contacting them via phone. My husband was very clear that the project needed to be done by 12pm however it was not completed until 1pm--that was our only complaint. Maria and T arrived and were very professional. They introduced themselves and I showed them the project and they went right to work. They were very knowledgable and didn't seem to be wasting any time. I felt very confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. After the installs were completed, T explained to me that one of the electronic switches that came with the fans wasn't functioning properly. He explained very well what I needed to do to get a new switch, and he also explained how I would need to install it. After his instruction, I feel very confident that I will be able to install the new switch on my own. I was overall very pleased with the work these two did. I would love to have them back in our home for any future projects we may need and would highly reccomend them to any friends or anyone in general who needed electrical work done. Also, my husband made the appointment on the phone with Aaron--and my husband was very pleased talking to Aaron! He said he seed very nice and made my husband feel confident we chose that provider even before they came out to our house.

They were prompt and courteous, and after exchanging a few messages they advised me that the scope of the work would be much larger, so another deal of theirs would be a better value for me. So I'm cancelling this deal but I intend to have them do the work under the other deal.

They wanted to come out on Monday the 29th but that was too late and we've already had the service performed.

They were a pleasure to have in my home. They worked around my schedule and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with their service and final product. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

II made a service request on their website and provided all the information for the company to call me back but they never did. I was able to call and I talked to Evan and he confirmed that he saw my request for service on their website and scheduled me for Thursday, September 18th for the service call. I called back again the day before to confirm the appointment since I had to make arrangements to be home but I had to leave a message on the 'answering machine' to call me back because no one answered and again, my call was not returned. Since this company had an 'A' rating, I went ahead and made the plan to be home. They never came, they never called. I called and had to leave another message and went to their website and asked them to call me which they never did and bet they never will.

Service technicians arrive 10 minutes early. Checked broken ceiling fan, and replaced remote control. Saved us the cost of a new fan ($100.00). Installed and outside motion sesative light. Discovered and replaced broken GFI surge protector. Both technicians Maria and T, were very prompt courtious. Very well trained and saved us over $100.00

All five lights in my pool had gone out. They located the short in my system and installed a GFI switch. There were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate for the labor. The only other charge was for the GFI switch which was reasonable. They had the part with them and were able to complete the installation on the same visit. They were punctual and completed the work quickly. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

We just moved into a house that had a myriad of small electrical issues that were found upon inspection-- the scariest of which being the face that our in-ground pool was not grounded-- YIKES! Our other electrician we had gotten an estimate from fell through, and Aaron was able to look at our inspection and give us a full e-mail report and estimate based on the findings. We could tell from this explanation of problems how honest Parco Electric is. Aaron didn't hesitate to tell us that some of the issues were non-essential to fix and not worth spending money on. The estimate was very reasonable, and within a week, his crew came out (On a Saturday!) to get us sorted out. As further proof of their honesty, some of the issues listed ended up being much smaller once the crew saw them in person, and the cost of the total fix ended up being $400 less than the original estimate! What a happy surprise. Long story short, we would recommend Parco in a heartbeat. No issues, good service, and very reasonably prices. Thanks again!

The two electricians they sent did a fast and well done job. They came early and did the work professionally and even did a good job cleaning up when they were done. All in all a very good experience.

Everything went smoothly. Work was done as promised, no mess, very professional. Added an outlet to a large master closet for the security camera DVR and added an outside outlet (GFCI).

Explained what they were doing and provided a few options for placement. Kept things neat and clean during the installation. Great service and would definitely use again.
